It is located in the small Istrian village of Manjadvorci, in the southern part of the Istrian peninsula. 150 m from the first restaurant, and 300 m from the first market. The first beach is 6 km away. A 20-minute drive away from Pula, 40 minutes from Rovinj, and 16 km from Pula airport. It is a 7-minute walk to the sea, a 10-minute walk to the village of Ika and a 15-minute walk to the city center of Lovran. Two supermarkets are within walking distance. The next major city, Opatija, can be reached via Franz-Josef-Weg along the sea in 6 km or in 10 minutes by car/bus. Each apartment has a secure parking space in the courtyard.

In the yard there is a spacious pool (32m2), a large table with 10 chairs and a barbecue. The villa is located in a quiet place, 1.5 km from the sea and the city center. The parking space is free.
