The apartment is located in a family house on the ground floor. In addition to this apartment in the same family house, another larger app on the first floor is offered. The house is 3 kilometers away from the sea by car (road), there is also a pedestrian road that is 1 kilometer away from the sea (stairs) that is in the direction of the sea downhill but when returning it should still be in shape. Apartment T&T is fully styled in the spring of 2019. It consists of one bedroom, kitchen and living room (openspace) and a bathroom with a sauna.

Supermarkets are 10 minutes away by car. The apartment is a great base for exploring the Opatija Riviera on foot along the sea - Lungomare from Opatija to Lovran. Close to the cities of Rovinj, Poreč, Pula, Motovun, Hum, the islands of Krk, Cres, Rab, Lošinj, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Paklenica, Gorski Kotar, Rastoke. Učka Nature Park has hiking trails near the apartment.
