Centrally located appartment, black-forest view

The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. And we hope they feel welcome in our house. Of course we give you tips for sightseeing, restaurants, bars, etc....

Unsere ca. 40qm grosse Gästewohnung ist das ideale Basiscamp für mobile Personen welche Freiburg & Umgebung entdecken wollen. Die tageslichtdurchflutete Souterainwohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und einen kleinen Außensitzplatz (für z.B. Frühstücke im Sonnenschein). Der Ortsteil Waltershofen liegt am Fuße der wunderschönen Weinbergregion Tuniberg & Kaiserstuhl. Das Freiburger Zentrum ist in ca. 15Min. mit dem Auto bzw. 30Min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

Die Besonderheit ist wirklich die Lage in zweiter Reihe zum HBF, der einladende Balkon und die hochwertige neue Einrichtung. Hier fehlt es Ihnen an nichts. Eine voll eingerichtete Küche (Kaffeemaschine von Dolce Gusto) bis hin zum Weinkühlschrank.

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200m from Dietenbachsee. All attractions are easy to reach by tram. The tram stop is also about 500m from the property. The tram takes you well from the central station to the apartment. It's an attic apartment with lots of light. Parking may be made available by arrangement. I live right under the apartment and am ready for questions.

Martin's place is perfectly located, only a short walk or tram ride from the old city. The apartment is comfortable, with everything one needs for an easy stay. We didn't get to meet Martin in person, but he did a great job with communication, following up to make sure that we didn't need anything. Highly recommended for your stay in Freiburg.

Was in Freiburg due to training and the accommodation was only a few minutes' walk from the seminar. So perfect location for this and tram stops right in front of the house. The welcome was very warm and Edyta also gave tips for the stay and would always be responsive and helpful if needed. Highlighted are coffee/tea, hygiene products, etc. that are available. Very nice and not self-evident!

The apartment is located within walking distance to the train station. Supermarkets and some very nice cafe are just close by. It was very clean and equippied with almost everything that you need. Baerbel is also a very friendly and accommodating host. Highly recommended for anyone visting Freiburg.

Unfortunately, it was only one night. We would have loved to stay longer. France with the Vosges is not far away and the Black Forest is right outside the door. We hiked in Schauinsland and would have liked to do much more. We would also like to get to know Freiburg better. I'm sure we'll be back soon. Best regards and thank you so much for the warm welcome. The apartment is in a very quiet and beautiful area with direct access to the garden and nature. It can be reached via the apartment of Uwe & Gabriela, but you hardly notice it - apart from Uwe's very nice occasional saxophone playing. The coffee and tea supply could not be better, a very good baker is within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

We stayed two nights in Bärbel's beautiful house. The house is in a very quiet place, despite not being very far from the center of Freiburg, which is easily accessible. Breakfast was excellent; in particular, we appreciated the homemade jam from the owner. Bärbel was very hospitable and also accompanied us on the day of departure to the Freiburg train station.
