You have a private bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchenette. There is a pull-out dining table and a small desk. The bed is 140 times 200 cm. We live on the same floor floor next door.

In addition, we offer garage parking spaces for bicycles and seating in the garden. A parking place is also available.

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment is quiet and located about 200m from Dietenbachsee. All attractions are easy to reach by tram. The tram stop is also about 500m from the property. The tram takes you well from the central station to the apartment. It's an attic apartment with lots of light. Parking may be made available by arrangement. I live right under the apartment and am ready for questions.

Our ground floor apartment is located on the outskirts of the winery village of Munzingen (district of Freiburg). On about 50 square meters, it offers 1 quiet bedroom with workspace, 1 living room with open kitchen and 1 bathroom with washing machine and dryer. A private terrace also belongs to the apartment.

Small apartment in a detached house. Located directly on the train line, but you get used to the trains quickly. Tram to Freiburg in 10 min walking distance. ( Travel to Freiburg by train approx. 20 min.) To the indoor pool you walk 1 min, in the forest you are in 15 min.
