It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

The house can accommodate 5 people (+ baby) but has 2 bedrooms. Therefore perfect for a family with 3 children or 2 couples. The 1st room is on the ground floor where there is a bunk bed (140 + 90 cm) the 2nd bedroom is on the loft and has a double bed. There is room for a camping bed. With more people? De verschillende en natuurlijke materialen geven het huisje een gezellige strandsfeer en een echt vakantiegevoel. Boven is de slaapkamer heel gezellig door het steigerhouten plafond. Achter het bed is een klein raam met uitzicht op de tuin en landerijen. Dit geeft meteen bij het wakker worden al een vakantiegevoel!

The train/tram station is very close by and 2 bicycles are included. Even Delft / The beach Scheveningen/ Leiden or The mall of The Netherlands are easy to get to..
