Cozy apartment in the center of Ouddorp aan Zee

This apartment offers lots of privacy with a private sheltered garden and entrance. Downstairs is a cozy living room with open kitchen and the French doors provide plenty of light and space. Next to the underfloor heating there is a cozy wood stove. Through an open staircase you enter the sleeping area, in which there are 1 double bed and 2 single beds, partially shielded by walls. For bringing your dog we charge 15 euros cash on arrival. All rooms are finished with stylish natural materials. The entire ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating. The cozy living room has a sofa, wood stove and TV with Netflix ( no TV connection). The kitchen is partly separated by the tree trunk kitchen table and granite countertop. The kitchen offers the possibility to cook with retro Smeg equipment and is equipped with gas cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, combi-microwave and kettle. The bathroom exudes a Southern atmosphere with a floor of pebble stones and river stone washbasin. In the closed laundry room there is a washing machine and vacuum cleaner. There is a separate toilet room. The sleeping loft is divided into two parts, with the luxury double bed on one side of the wall and the two single beds on the other side. The space with the wooden floor and beds immediately feels relaxed. The apartment is within walking distance of the old town, where there is a cozy village center with shops. By bike you are within 10 minutes on the beach. The apartment is completely newly built and is cozy and very light in atmosphere, you quickly feel at home. You can cook for yourself, if you want. As soon as you step inside you get a holiday feeling, as the decor is a relaxed beach style. The finish is very luxurious. Guests of the apartment can participate in the yoga classes of Yogastudio Ouddorp at half price. The studio is next to the apartment. The guests have their own private garden, which is completely shielded by a fence. In the garden there is a cozy seat, relax chairs and large picnic table. My boyfriend and I are available by mail, whats app and phone. The picturesque Ouddorp is a small seaside resort with a cozy village center and a sandy beach of no less than 17 kilometers long. The nature is beautiful and the area is ideal for surfing, cycling and hiking. The center is literally within walking distance. A delicious real bakery is just around the corner. The supermarkets are also very close. Around the church are cozy shops and terraces. The beach is wide and lovely with some cool beach clubs. The bus stop is adjacent to the garden. Parking is free on the Stationsweg, right next to the apartment.

Opposite the Natura 2000 area Solleveld and the water tower is the house of Leo and Marloes. The apartment (50m2) is under the house and accessible via private entrance and elevator. It has a comfortable living room, bedroom (double bed), kitchen and bathroom with spacious shower. Equipped with all necessities and decorated with unique beach finds of "the Sand Motor" With the available bicycles, the beach is 5 minutes away. The price includes tourist tax, excluding 15% Airbnb.

De woning is gelegen in het door duinen en bossen omsloten Duindorp met de zee op 400 meter afstand. In de nabijheid is een grote verscheidenheid aan winkels te vinden. Tevens is er de Scheveningse Haven met gezellige café’s en goede restaurants. Het appartement grenst direct aan en kijkt uit over het Westduinpark. Links zijn de Bosjes van Poot en rechts de duinen en de zee. Den Haag Centrum, Scheveningen Boulevard en Kijkduin liggen op fietsafstand.
