Newly decorated Caribe condo is a dream! This condo is in building B on the 2nd floor (3rd because parking is below) & sleeps 8 comfortably. The new 65 inch tv is loaded with all the apps such as ESPN and Netflix. This kitchen has a new refrigerator and all the appliances and cookware needed! The resort has tennis courts, pools, hot tubs, arcade, golf, a marina and a lazy river and cabanas. This is a boaters paradise! This unit also comes with 2 parking passes and additional parking if needed.

A living area features a large sectional sofa in a neutral tone, accompanied by accent chairs in deep blue. A circular coffee table sits in the center, with a television mounted on the wall. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors provide access to the outdoor balcony with sea views.

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
