Countryside guest apartment (25kvm) located on the second floor above the garage-two rooms and a bathroom. There are no kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as bowls and cutlery for two. The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

Skönadal is close by Ystad och you can also visit lovely Österlen, Abbekås harbour, Mossbylund Spa, Ystad Zoo, Snogeholm's walking area and several beautiful castles.

Lovely traditional farmhouse from 1850. The house is approx 130 m2 with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen and a big livingroom with a kitchen island and fireplace. The guesthouse has a separate entrence, garden and bbq-facilities. You will also have access to plenty of social areas (shared) such as our beautiful enclosed garden, the newly renovated sauna+relax, wine cellar, gardenhouse or the warm outside spapool. The house is kids-friendly with a playhouse, trampoline, toys and boardgames.

Helga ist ein tolle Gastgeberin, die uns viele Tipps und Informationen gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Wir konnten bei schönem Wetter im Garten frühstücken und Abendessen. Kommen gerne wieder.

The house was even more gorgeous than expected. It felt like coming home, Peter was very responsive and really friendly. A small problem with the dishwasher was solved immediately. The house was well equipped way beyond the average. We would recommend this accommodation to everyone!

wir waren zu zweit für drei Nächte bei Anders. Es war wunderbar. Ab und zu kam die Katze vorbei und wir konnten den Grill benutzen im schönen Garten. Wer es ruhig haben möchte ist hier genau richtig!:)

Für unseren Schwedenurlaub haben wir uns dieses kleine Häuschen gebucht. Es war wie im Inserat und auf den Fotos zu sehen, hübsch eingerichtet auf dem Hof der Familie. Es war alles wichtige vorhanden und sauber. Die Kommunikation war einfach und gut. Rund um den kleinen Ort gab es weite Landschaft und Natur. Wir hatten hier eine schöne Zeit und haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte auf unserer Reise durch Schweden in diesem schönen, gemütlichen Häuschen. Es war sauber, gut eingerichtet, hatte sehr bequeme Betten und einen großen Garten . Leider konnten wir ihn aufgrund des Wetters nicht ausreichend nutzen. Aber bei Sonnenschein wäre es bestimmt wunderschön gewesen. Die Lage ist super, fußnah zum Meer und nah an Ystad ( sehr schön!) Empfehlenswert!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay Teres and Erik’s place. They were super accommodating hosts, they even picked us up from the train station in Svedala despite their busy schedules. We enjoyed our time in the beautiful surroundings with the friendly neighbor cat and even walked to a local bakery they recommended. Overall amazing experience!
