In a separate part of our house, you will find this guest house with your own running. Compact living with fully equipped kitchen, total and shower as well as sleeping loft. In the sleeping loft there is a double bed, a single bed and a travel bed for children if desired. Here you are surrounded by fields and meadows as well as 950 meters to wide sandy beach. Walking distance to restaurant and tennis courts. Grocery store, more restaurants, paddle court and golf course you can reach in 15 minutes by bike. Need to know; the stair to the sleeping loft is very steep.

The guesthouse is spread over two floors and offers a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, TV and dining area upstairs. There is also a French balcony and a work space with a desk. On the ground floor, we have a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The guesthouse has 4-5 beds. Outside there is a nice garden with a patio. Two bicycles and two SUPS are available to borrow. Countryside guest apartment (25kvm) located on the second floor above the garage-two rooms and a bathroom. There are no kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as bowls and cutlery for two. The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

Welcome to Skönadal with friends and family! The Villa is located next to a beautiful lake with a waterfall which flows into a stream that winds through a fairytale valley. If you take a walk along the fields in the rural landscape you get to Svarte. There you'll find a train station, a lovely sandy beach and a cozy beach cafe. Skönadal is close by Ystad och you can also visit lovely Österlen, Abbekås harbour, Mossbylund Spa, Ystad Zoo, Snogeholm's walking area and several beautiful castles.

Lovely traditional farmhouse from 1850. The house is approx 130 m2 with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen and a big livingroom with a kitchen island and fireplace. The guesthouse has a separate entrence, garden and bbq-facilities. You will also have access to plenty of social areas (shared) such as our beautiful enclosed garden, the newly renovated sauna+relax, wine cellar, gardenhouse or the warm outside spapool. The house is kids-friendly with a playhouse, trampoline, toys and boardgames.

The house was even more gorgeous than expected. It felt like coming home, Peter was very responsive and really friendly. A small problem with the dishwasher was solved immediately. The house was well equipped way beyond the average. We would recommend this accommodation to everyone!

There were two of us for three nights at Anders'. It was lovely. Every now and then the cat came by and we could use the grill in the beautiful garden. If you want to have it quiet, this is the place to be!:)

For our Swedish vacation, we booked this little cottage. It was as seen in the listing and in the photos, nicely furnished in the family's yard. It was all important and clean. Communication was easy and good. Around the small village there was a wide landscape and nature. We had a nice time here and felt comfortable.

We spent two nights on our trip through Sweden in this beautiful, cozy cottage. It was clean, well furnished, had very comfortable beds and a large garden. Unfortunately, we were unable to use it sufficiently due to the weather. But in sunshine it would have been beautiful. The location is great, within walking distance to the sea and close to Ystad (very nice!) Recommended!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay Teres and Erik’s place. They were super accommodating hosts, they even picked us up from the train station in Svedala despite their busy schedules. We enjoyed our time in the beautiful surroundings with the friendly neighbor cat and even walked to a local bakery they recommended. Overall amazing experience!
