La mia casa si trova a 50 m. dall'antica torre saracena che si affaccia sulle acque cristalline che caratterizzano tutta la costa ; a pochi metri si trovano un parco giochi realizzato tra gli splendidi ulivi secolari , diversi ristoranti , bar , gelaterie , negozi , bancomat e spiaggia... La mia casa è adatto a coppie che cercano un po'di tranquillità ,ad avventurieri solitari che amano la natura , a chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini). La casa si trova inoltre a dieci minuti di macchina da Baunei per chi vuole cimentarsi con scalate ed escursioni nelle bellissime montagne .

My Panoramic Apartment has been finished a few years ago and it is located in a quite area The large panoramic terrace offers views of the sea and the surrounding hills, as well as the central swimming pool and is finely furnished with a dining table and a relax area. Inside: large living / dining room, 2 double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower. Barbecue corner on the ground floor and private parking. Large and very comfortable, well furnished, ideal for families or couples of friends.

Il mio alloggio si trova a solo 4 km dal centro di San Teodoro e dalle famose spiagge, splendide viste panoramiche,ristoranti, attività per la famiglia e vicino a tutte le comodità come supermercati,farmacia etc.Dista 20 minut in auto all'aeroporto e al porto. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: In zona tranquilla e rilassante.Arredamento nuovo con cucina completa. Linea del gas e idrica diretta.( no bombola in casa ). Molto spazio al esterno con lettini e barbeque. POSTO AUTO PRIVATO.

Vicinissimo alla spiaggia La Cinta e a 50 mt dal centro di San Teodoro , in via tranquilla , grazioso appartamento in villetta a schiera , su due livelli con giardino e veranda con doccia esterna . Cucina completa di tutto con lavastoviglie. Aria condizionata . Comodo per raggiungere a piedi tutti i servizi , supermercati e stazione autobus . Ristrutturato e arredato a nuovo nel 2020. 6 posti letto massimo , perfetto per famiglie che vogliono la comodità di avere tutto a due passi .
