I had a great stay at Eric and Olga’s place! The house was very comfortable and clean, located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It’s just 15 minutes from the beach and about 10 minutes to the city center. There are many shopping options nearby, and parking is available right at the house. I especially enjoyed the access to the small lake behind the property. Everything was perfect — I was very satisfied and would gladly stay here again!

Great little spot located close to the SRQ/BRD airport. Inside was cute and comfortable, tastefully set up for our short weekend stay. Also easy to walk to a couple restaurants and friendly neighbors with quick recommendations for other places to eat. Our two small dogs enjoyed the yard and going for walks around the neighborhood. Carol was great w proactive communication; for example, she messaged me that she blocked a part of the fence on her side where my smaller dog could potentially go through bc she saw I had put a table on my side. Would def stay here again!

About 5 minutes drive from SRQ Airport!

Cozy and homey would be how I'd describe the place. It's not flashy or fancy, but that's not a bad thing. We needed a spot to sleep for the night that gave us separate rooms (friend is a big snorer) and we needed a convenient location and a good price. This met those marks and then some! The beds were really comfortable, with choices of pillows (overstuffed and normal, which is huge for me!), and the shower had great pressure and was very hot. A/C was quick to respond to changes and kept is perfectly as cold as we wanted. I'm very grateful for this spot as directions were easy to follow, even when we got there late and it was dark out (the house does have a light, just let him know if you're arriving after sundown, I'd suggest). Parking was right in front, it was a quiet area and it was quick off of the traveling routes you'd expect in the area. Would definitely stay again.
