There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. The 70s -Midcentury Modern- style has been brought back in this recently renovated, architecturally built, forest house by a decor of new and vintage furniture. The child-friendly house is comfortable due to good insulation and underfloor heating, equipped with a new kitchen with dishwasher, combi-oven and Nespresso machine, washer-dryer combination, well-functioning WiFi, various streaming services and a gas BBQ outside. The kids can have fun on the trampoline, in the woods and the playground.

It is located at the foot of the Lemeler and Archemerberg and about 6 km from the cozy town of Ommen.

Relax in one of the various seating areas and sit at the firepitch, there is plenty of space for the children. This makes it ideally suited for families who want to enjoy nature. The forest house is very well equiped with everything you might need. Light the fireplace, cook and feel at home! The perfect place to recharge!

Sleep stylishly among art from the Vechtdal

The Rembrandt House is located in the heart of the Vechtdal, on the edge of the Ommerbos and within cycling distance of the center of Ommen. No bike with you? You can use ours! The accommodation is about 3 kilometers from the station. This is also a start/end point of the Pieterpad. We will be happy to pick you up and take you (free of charge) by car to and from the station. About 400 meters away, you will find a supermarket and a snack bar where plate service meals are also served.

The park is equipped with all the comforts: a reception, a beautiful forest bath, an adventurous playground and a tennis court.

It is a quiet area, with an access road to the adjacent forest. You can cycle nicely in the area. But also possibly shop in the nearby villages such as Dedemsvaart and Hardenberg.
