House vacation rentals in Ommen

There were 4 of us (2 kids) in the beautiful forest house. It's very quiet and you think you're the only house in the middle of the woods. The house is beautifully large, stylish, with mega kitchen equipment and there are plenty of toys for the kids. We felt very comfortable. Communication with Erwin & Naomi is excellent.

Wonderful accommodation, good beds and a very spacious living room. Unfortunately, we had less weather but even then a wonderful place to be in the countryside!

We were at the chalet on New Year's Eve because we were looking for a quiet place. The park and the surroundings were indeed wonderfully quiet on that evening and during the night. The chalet is very cozy and very clean, everything is very neatly maintained, nicely decorated, nice bathroom and kitchen, fine all. The double bed is lovely, the bunk bed is a bit narrow, but that is well indicated in the information, so that was known to us. The wifi sometimes goes out, that was also known, and was no problem for us. The communication with Margriet was always quick and clear. In short, great.

We really enjoyed our time there everything was as expected clean and neat.

The cottage is very cozy and super well equipped and very tastefully decorated! The property is very large and there are many ways to play and sit down. It is very suitable for families with children, there is everything families need. The place is highly recommended.

It was our 3rd time at camping de Pallegarste. This time we chose a 3 bedroom chalet through airbnb. The chalet is modern, clean, has a nice bathroom and separate toilet. The kitchen has nice appliances such as a Senseo, oven, dishwasher and freezer. Nice about this chalet is the large lounge set, sun beds and nice umbrella. A solution with a midweek full of sun. The location of the chalet makes you have a great deal of privacy at the lounge set. Camping de Pallegarste is a top camping. The boys (10 and 7 yrs) have endless fun with the playgrounds, football, the activities of the animation team (sports activities, bingo, baking sandwiches by campfire, werewolves etc). It was wonderful weather (26 degrees) and even though the outdoor pool had not yet warmed up, our men, like many other children, did manage to do that =) We also used the restaurants in the park, convenient with the terrace next to all playgrounds. We find hospitality, just like everywhere else now, pricey.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage at the edge of a forest. View from the sofa, good wood stove and good heating, extensive cooking supplies, stocked bookcase. The area was beautiful, wonderfully walked. A good start to 2025!

The two of us were there to recharge your batteries. The instructions and check-in procedure in advance were the most extensive and complex I have ever experienced. But admittedly, we came into the cottage with a Bluetooth key via an app and that worked quite hip. Location is fine: it is a bungalow park with cottages quite close together, but due to the many hedges and trees you really have privacy. Hot tub was hot when we arrived, perfect! The next day we fired it ourselves, which took 3 hours but that was known in advance. We enjoyed the fireplace.

Beautiful stay. Very spacious and we slept wonderfully. We went to Assen for a car show so this was fine for us as a sleeping location. Nice spacious shower. Coffee and tea available upon arrival. We used the meat and ice machine they offer on behalf of their own company in the garden! Very nice. Thank you and until next time.

Very nice accommodation and a very friendly service from Henri. The location was wonderfully quiet and the flexible arrival/departure times made it a top weekend!

Nice park to be with the family, certainly during summer or high temperatures the swimming pool will be more useful otherwise for small kids there are the local parks and indoor playground where my young kids invested a lot time. We are parents also took the time to be creative to keep the kids busy with family activities, riding a bicycle and similar

We had wonderful days in the cottage! We had a few small things on arrival but they were quickly resolved which was very nice. The cottage is quietly located and has all the comforts. Really neat! We will definitely come back!

Had a very nice weekend at Jeannette's home. The house also contained a sauna, which was not visible in the photos beforehand. A great prize!

The stay with Frida was very pleasant. It was very comfortably furnished. Since we were the first to rent this apartment, we were able to give Frida valuable tips for further amenities. But what was okay for us. Only the garden area was not so great, as you had to walk around the house. You could not reach the area directly from the apartment via a patio door, which is why it was not in use by us.

We stayed in the cottage for a midweek with our toddler. As the listing says, the cottage is a part of a farm where a couple lives. So you share the yard together, cozy with the dog, cows, horses, chickens and guinea pigs. Our daughter loved that! Glad there is a camping bed and chair available. The cottage is spacious, especially for two adults with one child. Within cycling distance there are many nice things to visit. With small children, the petting zoo in Ommen is definitely worth it, as well as the Sahara/sand drift. Thank you for hospitality!
