Beachfront vacation rentals in Omiš

Nous avons passé un séjour bien plus que génial ! L’environnement est extrêmement agréable, calme paisible et accueillant. En plus de l’accueil chaleureux des hôtes la ville d’omis est magnifique et regorge de surprises locales. Pour se reposer et profiter de la plage c’est l’endroit idéal !

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und Aufenthalt. Besonders erfreut waren wir über die gute Ausstattung der Küche. Sie ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Aussicht war wie auf den Bildern, traumhaft. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Einzige kleine Kritik wären die in beiden Betten zu weichen Matratzen. Hier könnte man in einem Bett eine weiche und im zweiten Bett eine härtere zur Verfügung stellen. Aber sonst war alles top. Vielen Dank!

Der Aufenthalt war toll , alles gut erreichbar wie Supermärkte mit Bäckerei, Restaurant, Bars etc. , sogar eine Bushaltestelle war in der Nähe. Mit dem Lärm von der Straße muss man halt klar kommen. Gruß Michael

A truly idyllic place to unwind. We had a lovely week of swimming, kayaking and relaxing away from people (the property can only be accessed by boat so it is very peaceful and quiet). The host was very communicative - we can definitely recommend and would love to return to this unique property again!!

wir waren sehr zufrieden,Iris und die Familie von Iris waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. die Unterkunft ist sehr nah zum Strand. Sauber war es. Ruhig auch. Balkon Ausblick zum Meer und Sonne ☀️ den ganzen Tag satt. Das Appartement hat eben alles was man benötigt zum Leben. Wir hatten besseren Internet als Zuhause. Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

Ich habe mich so wohl gefühlt in Mirkas schönem Appartment. Es war einfach nur ein Glück, direkt am Wasser mit so einem traumhaften Ausblick zu wohnen. Ausserdem waren Ausstattung, Kommunikation und Sauberkeit top - jederzeit wieder und vielen Dank an Mirka.

I can highly recommend this accommodation. The apartment is in a perfect location, really close to the beautiful beach and the city center. The small garden was perfect for our son to play in and it was a safe place for him. Everything was clean and Josip is a great and very communicative person. Thank you for everything.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Wohnung. Der Ausblick und die Umgebung sind einfach wunderschön. Am letzten Tag konnten wir noch Delphine in der Bucht beobachten. Die Wohnung war sehr komfortabel und sauber. Die Menschen waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir kommen supergerne wieder!

Fantastic stay. Lovely welcome from Nikola who also helped us get to the apartment as we were having transport issues. The place was well kept and had everything we needed.. including a few welcome treats from the host. Loved the heated pool, hot tub and sauna which were easy to use. Beautiful views from the pool side. Easier walking down the hill to shop/coast/restaurants than walking back but ubers were quick and cheap. Were recommended some great places to eat locally. Wish we could had stayed longer.. would definitely come again!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen. die Lage ist traumhaf. sehr ruhig und man kann direkt von der Villa ins Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat so wie auf den Fotos ausgesehen. die Küche im Haus und auch die Aussenküche waren top ausgerüstet und hatten alles, was man braucht. der Grill und der Pizzaofen fanden wir super. das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen. Restaurants hat es keine in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber genügend vorhanden und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. das Haus ist perfekt für erholsame Ferien.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Super zufrieden mit der Ferie Home Agency. Es wurde immer schnell und freundlich auf meine Fragen geantwortet. Perfekte Kommunikation, nette Mitarbeiter. Absolut empfehlenswert!

2 families, with 4 adults and 4 children were able to stay here very comfortably. The view was amazing, it was fabulous to have a bathroom in every bedroom. The soccer pitch and mini golf were great for the kids when they took a break from swimming. Only about a 35 minute drive into split. We had a great stay!

Our family had a wonderful time at Tanja’s home! With 5 adults and 2 kids under 7, we felt comfortable. The view from the bedrooms and pool were stunning and the pool was perfect! The house is located on the main road but is set up on a hill with lots of steps. We enjoyed exploring the area. There is a walking path just across the street and down the stairs and another up the road where you can park and walk down. A must do for beautiful rock beaches! We explored Gradac which was a short drive up the road - pizza take out, ice cream, a giant swing on the beach, and dinner outside on the water. There is also a Plodines (grocery store) just up the street. The house is about half way between Dubrovnik and Split - just under 2 hrs each way which was perfect for exploring. I suggest checking out Makarska (Riva Resturant!) when heading towards split and Mali Ston (Kapetanova kuća) when heading towards Dubrovnik. Tanja was extremely helpful and such a wonderful host!

I am a little lost for words on how to describe the magnificent property and our hosts. Wonderful people who went WAY beyond expectations to make us feel at home. This property is breathtaking!! I have travelled a lot of the world and there are few places that would rival this house. The decor, the layout, the rooftop pool, the balcony and the beach literally 15m away. One of the most spectacular views I have seen. But again… our hosts Stipe and Ivana a beautiful people and we hope to see them VERY soon ❤️

We had the most wonderful time at Durdica's amazing apartment. We were warmly met by her niece who showed us around the apartment and was easily contactable throughout our stay if we needed her. She gave us a great recommendation to go to the Fishermen's night on the harbour! The apartment really is as amazing as it looks in the photos and more spacious than we were expecting. The fantastic views are just as good from the inside as they are from the lovely large balcony. The apartment is beautifully furnished and super clean. It took us about 10 minutes to walk down into Makarska, but slightly longer on the way back up the hill. It's only the last 5 minutes that are really quite steep. It was great having a parking space inside the garage as parking in Makarska (and along the coast) was quite expensive. Makarska itself was beautiful with many old streets and a lovely promenade. We were able to walk for miles directly from the door. We highly recommend the apartment and the location!

We would give this apartment more than five stars if we could! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautifully decorated, cozy, and thoughtfully designed everything was. Every detail was carefully considered to make the space feel welcoming and comfortable. One of our favorite features was the spacious balcony terrace. We spent countless hours there, sipping coffee or wine while enjoying the stunning sea view – it was pure relaxation. The location is absolutely perfect. Just a few steps from the beach, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and, of course, some delicious ice cream. The beach is also fully equipped with everything you need for a fun day in the sun – you can rent a boat, paddleboard, beach beds, umbrellas etc For getting into town, you have options: either am 15-minute walk or a quick and easy boat taxi ride or only five minutes away by Uber from the local restaurants and vibrant atmosphere. Finally, a huge bravo to our hosts 🙌🏻✅👏

Toni and Matea's place was amazing and Matea was so helpful and immediately responded to all enquiries. The apartment is spacious, spotless and straight across the road from the main beach path. Friendly local bars/restaurants within walking distance and close to local shops and attractions. Mountain walks and National parks close by. We are planning to come back!!! Jane and Bill

Schöne und sehr saubere Wohnung. Gute Lage, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, auch 2 Supermärkte vor dem Haus vorhanden. Petra, die Gastgeberin, war sehr zuvorkommend und bei Belangen hat sie sich direkt darum gekümmert. Wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen!

Wir waren sehr begeistert, das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Waren sehr überrascht was alles schon vorhanden war. Außerdem muss man die Lage hervorheben, man fällt aus der Tür und befindet sich direkt am Strand und an einem Restaurant. Ein laden befindet sich 2 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, alles wurde wunderbar beschrieben. Das Einchecken per Schlüsselbox war ebenso sehr einfach und flexibel. Insgesamt waren wir sehr begeistert und kommen gerne wieder!

Vriendelijk ontvangst door de gastvrouw. Helaas sprak zij geen andere taal dan Kroaats wat de communicatie moeilijk maakte. Alles was aanwezig in het appartement. De locatie was aan het strand waarbij je slechts de straat over hoefde te steken, dit was fijn gezien het warme weer. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf.

Couldn't have asked for a better view from the apartment. Loved the comfy bed. Great bar very close to the apartment, unfortunately we were out of season so nothing much else in the location but a short bus ride into town which was gorgeous.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Blick. Wir waren knapp zwei Wochen in Bojanas Wohnung und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Es ist alles wie beschrieben . Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet, so haben wir das in Ferienwohnungen bisher kaum erlebt. Angenehm war für uns auch dass man zu Fuß in den Ort gehen kann. Bojana ist eine super herzliche Gastgeberin und steht jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank Bojana für den schönen Urlaub!!
