This beautifully decorated apartment is located in the attic of a family house. It has 1 bedroom, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. In front there is a large terrace with garden furniture. Part of the terrace is covered so guests can be in the shade even during the strongest sun. Resting on the terrace will be enhanced by the view of the sea, the historic town of Omiš and the cliffs above it. The sea is about 300m away and can be reached by stairs or a winding local road.

Built on the Omis rock more than 200 years ago, it has been owned by us for the last 50 years, and was renovated in 2024. The house is only a few meters away from restaurants, markets, the beach and cultural sights. Omiš is a city that has a river, sea, mountains... and a soul. In addition to beautiful beaches, there are also activities such as rafting, canyoning, zipline...
