Sanjar was an accommodating and flexible host with a stunning property. He was responsive, kind, and cheerful when communicating. The property itself is sparkling clean and beautifully appointed; the 15th floor view can’t be beat. Generous linens and toiletries, comfortable furniture, and great workstation. This is a great find for a weekend spent in the city. Thank you for everything!

I had a family emergency and Nick responded quickly to every message. He was very understanding, professional, and friendly. His place was very clean and orderly. I had a couple people that stopped by who also commented on the convenience of the location being so close to downtown Omaha and casinos. The price was very reasonable compared to others in the area. We had a great stay in Omaha! The house was as described and the location was perfect.

Dale was very responsive, he called me when my flight arrived and provided the details to access the condo. The place itself is lovely and tastefully decorated. It was a great space for our short visit, much more personal than a hotel. There are also a few restaurants and bars within walking distance.

I had the opportunity to meet Denise and was delighted. She is friendly and helpful. The rooms were as described, comfortable and very clean. I didn't check before hand, but the heatung and A/C is set upstairs and you're unable to adjust it downstairs. It stays a fairly comfortable temperature thoguh and there is a portable fan in the bedroom.

This was my second stay at Eagle Nest, and I absolutely loved it. I’ll definitely be coming back. The place is quiet, clean, and cozy, and I especially appreciate the peaceful surroundings that make every visit to Omaha feel truly special.

Very nice and clean spot and the host left really good instructions which made it super easy to check in and out. It was nice to have a parking spot, and a little backyard for our dog to easily access. Really solid spot if you're looking for a quick weekend in Omaha. Definitely would stay again.

Michael did a great job as a host, and we also enjoyed meeting/chatting to him. Thank you for the outside chairs for the porch! We had a great time in Omaha, within walking distance to the Zoo (12 mins) and to downtown (20 mins). The house was quiet and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. I would recommend a stay here.

It was a great apartment! Very pristine, and extremely comfortable. It’s pretty close to a lot of things, so great location, and parking was easy as well!

We loved Steve and Kim’s space! It was the perfect size for our family and the amenities made our trip easy and stress free. Beds and pillows were comfortable, along with the couch and chair in the main living space!! It was so nice to have dish soap, a sponge, and some plates/utensils provided. The ONLY downside to this property is that it is on a busy street, and you can hear the traffic driving by. Thankfully this did not bother our kids when getting to sleep, and would not be a deal breaker for us staying here again. Steve and Kim were attentive hosts and everything was how we expected it to be-no surprises! We also appreciated the short check-out list; it felt manageable while also wrangling kids and getting ourselves ready to check out. All in all we would certainly stay here, and have already told other family members about the property!

Place was clean, easy check in, Matthew was responsive any time I needed him. Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Riley was a very responsive host. The space was good for a friend trip. The kitchen was well stocked. The only challenge was that construction in the area made it difficult to walk to nearby restaurants etc. It was easy to get a Lyft so not a significant issue.

Louise is a wonderful host with a great space in my favorite neighborhood! The space was so cozy, clean, and comfortable, it reminded us of staying with beloved family. The kitchenette is very well stocked and allowed us to easily cook breakfast & lunch for ourselves during our stay. The bathroom was spotless clean and well stocked. The location is very quiet and private, but is still within comfortable walking distance of some great restaurants, coffee, thrift shops, ice cream, etc. in a lovely neighborhood. Very easy access to downtown, and close to Dodge St. to get across town if needed too. Louise responded very quickly, and really saved our weekend and helped us out in a pinch when our previous accommodations didn't work out. We are so grateful to her!! She made sure we had what we needed, and we had a wonderful stay because of her care and attention to detail.

This is a perfect little essential stay, great for couples or any individual. Super convenient location, close to all the fun things to do in Omaha. Tenants above in house were quiet, the room had a very comfy bed, host was super friendly and offered lots of fun local spots. Easy check-in/out as well. If you’re staying a weekend, or are very simplistic, this is a great clean place to stay!

Gabriel's communication is top notch. He checked in frequently and immediately let us know when a blizzard impacted the internet and/or power. While the accommodations have all of the latest technology (smart thermostat, etc), the personal touch of Gabriel makes it perfect!

Great place, very spacious and beds were very comfortable! Place was very clean and only 12 minutes from the airport! Only downside was the noise from the cars passing by but other than that it was perfect for our stay.

Amazing place!! The condo was perfect for me and my teens. It was SUPER Clean, very beautiful and modern. Very spacious and my kids loved it! I loved the bedroom and the fancy lighting. Only two things that were more so a personal preference I wish the water would stay warmer longer. I’m a woman and thick and I love my showers and within 10mins it was cold.. my daughter complained also.. other than that it was great, again a personal preference. THANK YOU BOTH! Very quick to communicate and very helpful! Highly recommend this place and host.

Kelli's home was clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend in the Omaha area. Our host was kind, thoughtful, and overall a wonderful host. We will definitely stay at Kelli's again if we are in the area overnight.

We enjoyed staying at Kori's. A great location, walkable to Dundee and easy access to Dodge Street Bus Rapid Transit with easy access to downtown.
