I stayed one night at Todd's on a long drive to Chicago - well worth it! The flexible check in was convenient. I got in later than I thought I would, but with the 24 hour check in it was no problem. The mattress was comfortable, everything was very neat and clean. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is a basement, so sometimes you can hear a bit of noise from people moving around upstairs but it wasn't an issue for me. I would definitely stay here again if I was staying in Omaha!

We enjoyed our stay here for our weekend visit in Omaha! Clean space, great location, and responsive and friendly host. It was the perfect studio for the 2 of us! If you plan on doing any cooking here, I’d recommend bringing utensils as there were no cooking knives and little cooking utensils available - wasn’t a big deal for us but wanted to note. We’re very happy with our stay and would definitely book again!

Very comfortable and clean. It is located in a beautiful location by a lake, pretty close from Omaha’s Downtown. They were super nice and friendly. It’s an amazing detail that they give you snacks and tea.

April made our stay super comfortable she had lots of items provided that we didn’t know we needed and everything from the time we checked in and until the time we checked out went smoothly! Great host connecting guests of Airbnb. I had a chance of getting to know and in touch with another guest of the same interest at Rosemarie's house. She is very nice, calm and helpful. I will definitely choose this place again when I stay in Omaha. Thank you very much for the wonderful time.

Old Farmhouse in the City

Jeff and Pat were wonderful hosts. It felt like we were staying with relatives. In fact, my 5 year old started calling Pat, "Grandma". She let her play the piano and bought her favorite cereal when going to the store. We liked having one large room to stay in for our 2 adults and 2 children, with a private adjoining bathroom. At one point we needed a second bathroom, which was available upstairs. One night we had dinner at the shared table space and had an enjoyable conversation with Pat & her son. Pat is one of the kindest women I have ever met with a gentle soul. She went out of her way to assist us more than once. The house is walkable to downtown/Old Market and very short driving distance to the Luminarium, children's museum, & the zoo, which are all recommended. Spaghetti Factory kids eat free Monday nights --also recommended (unlimited pasta and trip to salad bar for reasonable price, outdoor seating). When we go to Omaha again, we will be coming back to see Jeff & Pat for sure.

Location was central to pretty much everything I did while seeing Omaha. The space was clean, accommodating and inviting to the eye. The kitchen is on the petite side but worked perfectly for the duration of my stay (two nights). I had my service animal and the square footage allowed for this as appropriate without being too crammed. Host was communicative. I’m overall very pleased and hope to be back in the area soon!
