I offer guests a cottage attached to my primary residence. Access through a gate is shared. The private entrance gives you access to the cottage. The property is in the village of Jard-sur-Mer. You have access to all shops within 100 meters. The beach is 1 km away. Meals can be enjoyed and long naps can be taken outside out of sight Garden table, chairs and BBQ are at your disposal

Break & Charm 100 meters from the beach

Rental located 100 m from the sea, in the heart of the Boisvinet district. A peaceful haven - Calm reigns here. Its privileged location close to the beach, 900 m from the train station and the port, shops, markets, will allow you to move around only on foot. You will be asked for a cleaning fee of €80 and the rental of towels and bed linen is available for €25.
