This apartment was a true gem! Immaculately clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. It’s in a great spot and offers a calm, relaxing vibe — ideal after a busy day. The host was prompt, helpful, and made everything so easy from start to finish. I’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a hassle-free, comfortable Airbnb experience.

The unit is very well maintained, not your typical AirBnB place. This one is hotel standards with high quality beds and beddings, appliances (esp the AC units, smart tv and induction stove) and tableware. Toilets are very clean and in good condition. Its only for small family, else it can get really crowded.

The room was clean and had many amenities. The building was very secure and uses a key fob for the gate downstairs and the room door. We had a nice and comfortable stay we will definitely book again. Highly recommended place. Thank you for hosting! 😊

We had a great experience staying in this accomodation. Eventhough there is unexpected power interruption and the admin inform us directly. Everything is fine and accessible in all.(near public market and SM). They have also spaces for parking lot. Staffs are very approachable and help us to find churches that are nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lorena has provided a lovely studio apartment that is fully equipped. The location is ideal for those looking for a quiet safe getaway.

We had an excellent stay at their Airbnb! The room, located within their home, was comfortable and cozy throughout our visit. They graciously allowed us to use their kitchen and dining table, which made our stay even more convenient. Clean drinking water and fresh towels were provided, and the room was impeccably maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely book this place again!

Ms. Cheng is a very warm and nice host. She responds to my messages immediately. She's very kind and considerate too. All my special requests which include a late check out were granted. Thank you Ms. Cheng. 💕 The house is so clean, well maintained and clutter free. All the appliances are functioning well. The furniture is of good quality and matches the minimalist theme of the house. All the things that you need in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were provided. Big plus is the grill that we did enjoy using. 😊 The location is perfect, as it is in a very quiet and secured neighborhood. It has a mini forest beside it where you can hear the birds and see monkeys as well. Likewise, it is very near the bay, the restaurants, shops and the places we frequent when in Subic. We will definitely come back to this place. 😃 Thank you Ms. Cheng for being such a gracious host. 💕

We had a wonderful stay at Justin’s place. The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group of 25 adults and 2 children. It’s a great option for big gatherings. That said, the location is quite remote, so guests should come prepared with all essentials, as the nearest convenience store is about 3 kilometers away. Arriving late at night isn’t ideal, as the subdivision is still under development and can be quite dark. Justin was a very accommodating host and even recommended local activities, including a yacht tour, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The caretaker was also friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

It was an amazing home away from home. Everything that one will need during a vacation stay are all available. Very spacious and very clean. The swimming pool is a great addition! Thank you for very accomodating for our queries.

A good get away place.

We had a wonderful overnight staycation at this luxury condo! The unit was spotless and tidy when we arrived, and it had full amenities that made our stay very comfortable. The caretaker, Joy, was very thoughtful — she updated us before check-in and even left some ice cubes for us, which was a nice touch. Netflix was working perfectly for our movie night, and the location was super convenient, with a Lawson convenience store just nearby. It was also close to the places we wanted to visit, making it even more ideal. I especially appreciated the spacious bathroom, which added to the overall comfort. Communication with the host was fast and smooth as well. One thing to keep in mind: although the unit can accommodate up to 4 guests, toiletries and towels are only initially provided for 2 people. This wasn't a problem for us, but just a heads up for those booking for more than 2 guests. Ruby was very responsive and accommodating, so I believe if you ask ahead, she can make arrangements.

This apartment was a nice as the photos look. Very spacious and would easily accomodate a family or 2 couples without feeling cramped. Felt very secure with 24/7 guard at the front door which was important as I was a solo female traveller. Apartment is well equipped in the kitchen, but also the cafe, restaurant and 7/11 in the building took care of everything else. Hosts were great - even helping to address an issue with a neighbours air con unit that was excessively loud. Had a cleaner come in twice and they did a great job too.

This is my 2nd time staying at Joiz's place. She is pleasant, easy to communicate with and responsive. I like the flexibility of checking-in & checking out and the convenience of an access to a parking space. Her place is very accessible to everything as it is a few steps away from Marquee mall and it is close to NLEX.
