My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Incredible stay and Bernardino and his family were incredibly welcoming and pleasant. They helped us check in later and were there to help us with any questions we had. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful Tuscan retreat.

We loved our stay at Michaela’s house. The views were beautiful and it was a nice and relaxing atmosphere. Great location, very short walk to the town or easy bus ride into the center of Florence. We will definitely be back!

We stayed 5 amazing days at Il Gufo and loved every minute. Jacopo is an amazing host and went out of his way throughout to make our stay great. Even meeting us locally and showing us the way to the house. We highly recommend staying at The Owl. The location, high in a valley provides spectacular views and is perfect to relax and unwind. We do not know what was better. The location, accommodations or the fact that we met Jacopo and became immediate friends. That combination made for the greatest memories. Also Luba, their beautiful dog, immediately loved us and greeted us ever time we returned. A little secret, he is an amazing chef and if you get a chance to go to his restaurant do it. Also his dinner recommendations were great. We had dinner at Corte Dei Frati 2 times. Thank you Jacopo for making our 30th Anniversary trip so amazing. Great house with amazing views. We used the pool a lot as it was very hot during our stay. Francesco and Serena were very nice and helpful. They booked a cooking class for us, which I highly recommend. The location is very convenient for visiting Florence, as it only takes about half an hour by train from Rufina.

Lovely and spacious house in a private and quiet area with a great view! Renza and Mauro are very nice and help you out with anything. We could’ve stayed a lot longer!

The house is located on Chianti which views to vineyard and olive yard, the most beautiful view for an airbnb. Everything is fully furnished, a lot of welcome foods and drinks. The hosts give clearly instruction and very responsive. It was a wonderful time spending our holiday there.

Nice and spacious place to stay. Plenty of space and quietly located in the middle of a residential complex. Car is necessary. From Pontessieve, Florence is then easily reachable by train. Pamela has made many suggestions for activities and was quick to respond to questions and requests. It was a successful stay for us🍀

We've been to a lot of countries and out of all of them, this place was amazing. Silvia is particularly kind and friendly. The refrigerator was filled as well as a supply of cereals, biscuits for breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised by this welcome. The accommodation is very large, as are the beds. The garden is huge and delighted my children. everything is planned and in detail. Is it just perfect. bizn of course, we recommend Silvia's place.

5 stars all round. My partner and I and two friends were staying for two nights for a wedding 20 minutes away. It was the perfect, homey getaway to use as our base. A few days before the wedding, our friends who were getting married told guests they were to find their own way home (originally transport was booked). Not exactly the best news… so I texted Lorenzo in a panic asking if there was any way he could contact a local taxi firm for us! He was super responsive and ready to help us out, and spoke to the taxi firm for us. Eventually our friend sorted us out but I was very thankful for Lorenzo being so quick to help us! We also loved the welcoming touch of fresh strawberries and fridge items such as yogurts and milk - thank you so much to Lorenzo as well as his mother Roberta who met us and welcomed us!

We loved staying here! Elisabetta was a very kind and helpful host, and the space was easy to find and adorable inside. It was a nice walkable distance to everything too. Would definitely recommend!

A quiet, impeccably furnished heaven. Every need provided for, slept tremendously in the quiet, loved the tiny village two shops and the backyard an oasis from a busy life. Thank you Leonardo. We cannot wait to return.

The house is very cozy and spacious. The well-equipped kitchen, the bedroom with very comfortable mattress and pillows, the very spacious and above all extremely clean bathroom, as in general the whole house, very clean and fragrant. The house also remains very cool, despite the high temperatures we found during our stay. It is located on a hill a stone's throw from Florence, in a super quiet village surrounded by olive trees. Irene was always kind and very helpful, even giving us advice on a mechanic in the area as we had problems with our car. One small note: unfortunately, you can hear the "noises" coming from upstairs... those who are not early risers might be woken up.

The stay at Francesca's home was great. Quiet location and the house was very comfortable. The bathroom was very pleasant and the shower was very nice (unfortunately, you also encounter cramped shower areas). Francesca was a fantastic host. In particular, a few more sentences about Francesca. What a lovely host. Upon arrival, a friendly welcome with homemade cookies, fruit and local liqueur. During the stay, super quick response to messages when I asked for local tips and upon departure there was a bottle of homemade olive oil ready to take with me. In short, hospitality at a high level.

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

We were a family of six and the property fit us perfectly. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a big plus. The washer and dryer came in handy at the end of a 14 day trip. We walked everywhere no taxis were needed. Many good restaurants, shopping and sightseeing in walking distance. We would definitely stay there again. Communication with host always had a quick response.

Beautiful house with a huge private garden. Comfortable, quiet, extremely good. Decorated, large rooms and super spacious. The kindness and availability of Stafania and her loved ones are an asset, like at home even better!
