Top locatie midden in Chianalea / Scilla Zeer vriendelijk en mooi ingericht appartement. Het ontbijt is goed en het uitzicht over zee is prachtig. slapen doe je als een roos, met het geluid van de golven van de zee. Direct tegenover een bar. Scilla bezoeken kan makkelijk via de kustweg of beklim een aantal trappen naar Belvedere. Hier heb je het mooiste uitzicht over Scilla en Chianalea.

Concetta is an incredible host! The apartment is located right in the heart of Naxos, just a minute’s walk from the sea and close to all the restaurants and bars. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and there’s even a washing machine. We stayed as a couple with a baby, and everything was perfect. Concetta helped us with everything we needed – she went above and beyond. The place was cleaned every two days, and even the sheets were replaced regularly. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be back!

Bartolo was excellent - very responsive, kind, and even came to meet us at the port to bring us to the accommodation! He gave us recommendations around town and was super thoughtful and kind. Would recommend staying here if you’re in Lipari!

Nous avons passé 3 merveilleux jours dans le logement de la guest house avec le rooftop. Tout y était : la vue, la situation avec la mer, mais surtout le chaleureux accueil que nous avons reçu. De notre arrivée jusqu’à notre soirée de départ au restaurant, nous nous sommes senti chez nous. Mille mercis !

Fantastic stay in the heart of Cefalù! The location couldn’t be better — just 30 seconds from the beach (bed rental was €30 for the day) and surrounded by great restaurants and local charm. The apartment was exactly as described, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Be aware there’s a steep flight of stairs to reach the apartment, but the view from the balcony more than makes up for it. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to soak up the best of Cefalù!

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame und schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist eher abgeschieden, sehr ruhig und erholsam. Wahnsinns Aussicht und das Meer ist sehr nah, was ein echter Luxus ist! Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist eher simpel gehalten. Da der Fußweg ( Auto nicht möglich) zum Haus sehr steil ist, kümmern sich die Gastgeber*innen um den Transport des Gepäcks und der Lebensmittel zu Beginn des Aufenthalts. Es bietet sich daher an, den Großeinkauf direkt zu Beginn zu machen. Das hat super geklappt. Der Weg in die Stadt ist gut zu Fuß machbar, wenn auch ein längeres Stück, aber schön. Der Bus hält in der Nähe. Er fährt eher selten, aber in unserer Erfahrung zuverlässig und pünktlich. So kamen wir super ohne Auto auf der Insel zurecht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr schnell erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Ich kann es jedem empfehlen, der den Süden Siziliens erkunden möchte. Die Unterkunft war ordentlich, sauber und schön. Die Kinder waren begeistert.

Per chi vuole stare lontano dal caos e godersi qualche giorno di relax, è il posto ideale. La casa è carina e ha una terrazza a livello con una vista sul mare spettacolare. Albe e tramonti faranno diventare fotografi chiunque. Solo questo vale la spesa. I dintorni offrono la possibilità di fare escursioni e visite in posti meravigliosi e anche di mangiare bene vista la grande disponibilità di locali. Con Carlo nessun problema, è sempre pronto nelle risposte. È collaborato dalla mamma, gentilissima, che ci ha ben accolti e ci ha dato alcune dritte sui luoghi. Inoltre ci ha fatto trovare marmellata e olive fatte da lei e le uova delle sue galline. Insomma, meglio non poteva andare.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Giuseppe was very kind, giving us a lift to the airport and then later gave our friend a lift there also for a later flight. It was a long walk to the old town, but pretty along the beach. It was a great beach to swim(being very safe with life guards) although a little crowded near the old town, but some areas had less people, giving you the best of both worlds. The views were amazing and the sun sets were incredible. Lots of beautiful, interesting places to visit. Even Etna blew for us. One of my best holidays. Thank you

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad op deze prachtige, rustige plek. Vooral de tuin, het zwembad en de zit- en ligplekken maakten het tot een top ervaring! Salvatore reageert snel en is duidelijk in zijn instructies. Op 3 minuten rijden zit een top bakkerij (La Baquette). Enorm lekker!!🤤 Ook vlakbij zijn restaurants en supermarkten te vinden. En niet te vergeten: Céfalu! Hebben hier een bootje gehuurd om het stadje en de stranden van een andere kant te bekijken. Al met al: een aanrader deze plek!

Carlo was a super friendly host. We felt welcome in the truest sense of the word. We were greeted by him personally with a huge bowl of fresh fruit and a homemade cake! Carlo was very concerned about our well-being and gave us lots of great tips and recommendations for the region. The house with the large garden in a very quiet location offers a great view of Mount Etna and at the same time you can hear the sound of the sea. The house is very tastefully furnished, very clean and comfortable. As soon as it got dark, we enjoyed the view of Mount Etna from the fireplace. We would love to come back at any time and can highly recommend this accommodation.

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuele's beautiful villa. we arrived late to take away pizza, snacks, drinks and a home made cake!! from Emanuele....such a kind and caring gesture. The villa is spotless and very comfortable. The kitchen has all equipment you would need to BBQ or cook. There is a big, new BBQ on the terrace. There are lots of shaded areas to sit and read. The villa is a 5 minute walk to the beach that is sandy and has a great beach bar, a good restaurant ('That's Amore' ) and also the train that takes you to Cefalu and Palermo. We were very sad to leave this villa, it was a fantastic holiday and Emanuele was the perfect host. Gracie Emanuele

Was soll man sagen - die Unterkunft ist perfekt. So sehr wir Italien lieben, ab und an hadern wir mit den Inneneinrichtungen im Süden. Nicole hat es geschafft, die Wohnung so zu gestalten, dass sich die nordeuropäische Eleganz mit der italienischen Wärme kombiniert. Genau danach hatten wir gesucht. Nicole selbst war sehr gut zu erreichen und sehr flexibel, was uns als Familie die An- und Abreise erleichtern hat. Ich kann die Wohnung uneingeschränkt auch an Familien mit kleinen Kindern empfehlen.

This house was lovely with its private pool, basketball court, bbq area and huge garden. The view of Etna from the front of the garden was great to watch - we even got to see her active! We used the car whenever we left the house but found a local bar by the pier and supermarkets nearby. We chose the location for its proximity to Taormina, Castelmola, Etna and Catania. Beds were super comfy and we had all we needed. Michele was a great host.

This place is perfect and just as advertised. The private terrace is all you need for coffee in the morning and/or dinner during a stunning Sicilian sunset. The location is ideal and just a very quick drive into the heart of Cefalu. You also have reserved parking which is ideal in Italy. Nicola is a fantastic host and very communicative as needed. And as others mentioned, if you feel like staying close to home and don’t want to head out, the private beach awaits you down below. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and it’s perfect for either a solo traveler or a couple. It’s not a huge place, but the terrace, views, and location make up for it. I very much look forward to coming back and if you’re considering it, go ahead and book it. You’ll be happy you did. Buon viaggio!

Le logement était localisé dans un village pittoresque qui incluait d’excellents restaurants et épiceries à proximité. Nous avons profité du bord de mer pour nos promenades. Très bonne localisation. À moins de deux heures du logement nous pouvions visiter les endroits (Siracuse, Ortigia, Catania, Agrigento, Mount Etna cet) recommandés pour visiter la Sicile. Merci Antonietta pour votre accueil!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne und entspannte Woche mit unserer kleinen Tochter in der Wohnung verbracht. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste, also war es sehr ruhig und wir hatten tatsächlich einen privaten Strand. Der Garten und die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung sieht aus, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Bei An- und Abreise haben wir uns ein E-Taxi gegönnt, sonst erreicht man alles gut zu Fuß. Das Hausmeisterpaar ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wenn man etwas braucht. Carlo war immer gut zu erreichen.

In einer äußerst sauberen,strukturierten Wohnung mit wunderschönen Ausblicken auf den kleinen Hafen und das Meer haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Wäscheklammer über eine vollständige Küchenausstattung bis zu Regenschirmen war wirklich an alles gedacht. Die klaren Linien im Wohnungsdesign haben mir gut gefallen. Und natürlich ist die kleine Garage bei dem knappen Parkplatz-Angebot ein Goldschatz!

We had a wonderful stay in Mazzaro at Rocco's property! Shortly after we booked a few months ago Rocco informed us that unfortunately the owners of this property needed it during our dates but he kindly offered his other property only a 2 minute walk away instead. For reference the property and listing is called (Luxury apartment and charm sea view Isola Bella). It was absolutely wonderful with the best view of the Baia di Sant'Andrea, just opposite Isola Bella. Less than 5 minute walk to both beaches and cable car up to Taormina. The property consists of both a downstairs and upstairs unit. Both were clean and the washroom downstairs newly renovated. My only small criticism is that Rocco uses an AI chatbot to help communicate with guests, so you will always get a response from "him" quickly, but the information might not be totally accurate. He would however always correct 'himself' within 24 hours. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, it is so beautiful!

This is the perfect holiday home facing the sea. We absolutely loved the central location and the newly renovated apartment. The view from inside the apartment and from the lovely terrace facing the sea was breathtaking. We felt extremely welcome from the very beginning. We had the perfect host who gave us plenty of good advice - both before, during and after our stay. We will surely return. The best place we have ever stayed in Sicily.

Carmela's place was the most modern and spacious place we have stayed at in Southern Italy. It is a mere steps away from the sea, at the bottom of the cliffs, along a cobblestone paved street. The unit has the modern comforts of a more commercial lodging accommodation, but is in a fantastic location in Scilla. Carmela was extremely helpful in guiding us to find parking so we didn't have to pay for parking and didn't drive directly to the unit on very narrow streets. Carmela had some snacks and a bottle of water waiting for us, which was a nice touch. We only had 1 night in Scilla, which we regretted as this charming village deserved at least another night.

Het appartement is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt, en heeft een prachtig uitzicht op zee. Eind oktober is een hele rustige periode daar, we waren bijna de enigen in de appartementen complexen. Hierdoor hadden we het strand met de heldere zee bijna voor ons alleen wat heerlijk was. Ook het hotel en restaurant waren dicht. Wij vonden deze rust heerlijk!
