The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

JokiLaakso on tunnelmaltaan perinteinen vanhanajan mummola, mummon mökki, jonka ensimmäinen osa on rakennettu 1920 luvulla. Se sijaitsee maaseudun rauhassa, revontulien alla ja kesäöiden valossa, mutta vain 500m päässä 4-tieltä. Se on mainio paikka myös välietapiksi matkalla pohjoiseen. Alakerrassa on makuuhuone, keittiö, pesutilat, sauna, kodinhoitohuone ja olohuone. Yläkertaan valmistuu makuutiloja 1-2/26. Keittiön varustus palvelee vaativampaakin kokkia/leipuria. Iin historiallisessa Wanhassa Haminassa omakotitalon pihapiirissä oleva asunto on tunnelmallinen pysähdyspaikka n. 500m nelostiestä. Iijoki on kivenheiton päässä, vilauksen voi nähdä jopa ikkunasta. Päärakennuksessa asuu kolmihenkinen perhe. Iin kunta on tunnettu kulttuurista ja taiteesta ja majoittaja Minna osaa halutessanne kertoa Iin historiasta, nähtävyyksistä ja kulttuurista. Iin palvelut ovat lähellä ja Ouluun 30min ajomatka. Asunto on kauttaaltaan remontoitu keväällä 2024.

A peaceful, unique place. A house with all the comforts. You have access to a hot tub, a wood-burning sauna, an electric sauna, a rowing boat and fishing equipment. In the summer, you can enjoy the river flowing around you by swimming, rowing or fishing. In winter, you have a starry sky and maybe even northern lights. In winter, you can ski, walk or snowmobile on the river ice. The sea is about 2 kilometers from the cottage. Ideal for overnight stays or longer stays.

Personalized small home

The property is located in a quiet residential area, in the yard of a detached house, about 15km from the center of Oulu. The apartment is in mint condition, has sleeping accommodations for two and an air mattress for a third if necessary. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. Other things to note: There is a folder on the table in the hallway with some instructions for the renter regarding the apartment, be sure to read it, thank you.

Old log house by the sea

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.

Well-equipped cottage on a large plot and next to river and nature. The cottage has sleeping places for eight + baby-size bed. Big outdoor sauna gives warm steams and barbecue hut is available for cooking and warming up. Outside we have plenty of different sorts of outdoor games and a play stand. Inside there are 2 TVs, game console and different board games.
