The cottage is located on the banks of the River Iijoki. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 hlo. Rowing boat, swimming, and fishing. Yl Beach Riding Farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must complete the final cleaning. We charge $80 for unpaid cleaning.

Cosy, modern house, in authentic countryside setting. Old yard bumps, a stream right behind the house where you can take a dip. A big sunny yard, like a yard for games. House renovated 2022. On the side of the room there is a double bed, a sofa for two, a small table and refrigerator, and a coffee maker. In addition, a bathroom/toilet, sauna and terrace. Gas grill on the deck. Charming log cabin on the banks of the Kemijoki River

Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a sympathetic 1811 log cabin. Renovated with modern amenities v.2021. New sauna/toilet and barbecue area and sauna terrace in the yard . After the sauna, drop off the beach in the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, another sauna and a lot, can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo for grilling and a rowing boat. Linens and towels are included In the silence of the countryside, the soul rests!

Small apartment with personal character

The property is located in a quiet residential area, in the yard of a detached house, about 15km from the center of Oulu. The apartment is in mint condition, has sleeping accommodations for two and an air mattress for a third if necessary. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. Other things to note: There is a folder on the table in the hallway with some instructions for the renter regarding the apartment, be sure to read it, thank you.

The villa has two separate sections under one roof: the main side includes a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a workstation. The sauna wing features a wood-fired sauna, bathroom, and a third bedroom with another workstation—accessed via a covered terrace. Enjoy stunning sea views, relax in the outdoor hot tub (included). Ideal for both leisure and remote work.

Old log house by the sea

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
