Andrea is an excellent host, who was very flexible with our check in when we arrived later than expected. The flat has everything we needed, and is in a good location to access Bologna via bus or walking. Would happily recommend.

Claudia was an extremely sweet and helpful host who always made sure that my friend and I had any information we needed and had all the assistance we needed. The apartment was pristine and extremely well stocked. Beautiful views and an absolutely beautiful apartment with one of the nicest Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had helped contribute to a fantastic trip. Definitely would recommend anyone who could to stay here and experience how wonderful it was!

What a lovely break in this peaceful place! I wish I could have done it longer, it feels so good! 🤩 The host couple is really very charming, responsive and attentive... The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nadia and her husband were very kind, polite and welcoming people. They were able to give us directions on where to eat. Super helpful and attentive to our needs. We found the property in order, very clean and well-equipped. Very large and spacious. Highly recommended.

The house is beautifully situated near Lago Suviana. Large, peaceful garden with a bbq. The area is perfect for people who enjoy nature and culture. Firenze and Bologna are easy to visit. Veronica is very friendly, a perfect host!

Alberto was very welcoming, and it is a nice apartment above his house. Good amenities, and beautiful property. It’s best to have a car as the location is quite rural and industrial.

A magnificent experience. Elisa and Riccardo's house is very comfortable and within walking distance of the center. The weather did not help, but the location, the garden, the small pool, the solarium, the patio are definitely to be tried again in spring or in an autumn more lenient. House is equipped with every comfort. Also comfortable for 4 but for two people it is perfect. We will definitely be back. Elisa was very kind and caring. Thank you so much for everything.

After having stayed at AirBnB properties all over the world (from Mexico to Malaysia) my wife and I agreed that this was one of the best. The property was in a wonderful part of rural Italy, within easy access to major centers such as Bulogna and Florence as well as many smaller and very attractive market towns. The place itself was very clean and well equipped with a well stocked welcome package of necessities ( milk, eggs, butter, bread, as well as wine, coffee and tea.) There is a local supermarket and several restaurants within easy reach which Guido and Claudia were able to recommend . We spent a wonderful 8 days there and our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Bill and Fiona

I've been to Luca's six times, now it's a safety in my stays in Bologna. Very clean, well equipped house with convenient parking with garage inside the building. Very quiet and with a nice outdoor terrace for summer dinners. Highly recommended for business trips or pleasure. Thank you Luca for your kindness and availability

Waking up in the morning in complete relaxation, away from the daily chaos, immersed in nature was an indescribable experience!The accommodation is comfortable and equipped with all comforts! Antonella and her husband are exceptional, friendly, caring people with a great sense of hospitality! Antonella delighted us every morning with her breakfast, all homemade! What can I say... I highly recommend this accommodation!

We came to Sasso Marconi to spend a short weekend and slept in Lisa's Airbnb. The house was perfect, everything impeccable. My stay at Sally's apartment in Modena was just wonderful! It is modern, very well equipped and really cozy. Everything was clean and well maintained, and you can tell that Sally places great emphasis on details to ensure her guests have a pleasant stay. Communication with Sally was also excellent – she was always helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend this apartment in Modena and will definitely come back!

The apartment perfectly matches the photos. In the heart of the historic center, close to the bar/restaurant district. Parking in the large streets nearby possible and cheap. Comfortable hosting Small but functional kitchen with the bare essentials A fairly large bathroom, with improvements to come announced by the owner. The bedroom area is also comfortable with a large TV. Antonella is very nice and was able to meet our needs perfectly. I highly recommend it for a short trip, professional or personal.

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.
