Lovely stay! Just like the picture and perfect location.

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

We found this to be a perfect base for our stay in Nice. It is central to everywhere, yet peaceful and safe, a great authentic neighbourhood. It's a no frills airbnb, so maybe bring a couple of towels, but really that is very minor. It's a really nice apartment with a lovely but small terrace, great for morning breakfasts and sitting out with a glass of wine in the evening. It has everything you need for your stay, and close by are supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants. It's a few minutes away from Old Nice, and very walkable to the beach, Promenade des Anglaise, the train station and 2 minutes from the tram station. The front door lock can be a little fiddly at times, the trick is to turn the key slowly, and when you feel resistance, push the key gently in a little further and push the door. it's easy to get the hang of this. Overall, it would be tough to be beat this place for a trip to Nice - it is so easy to visit Monaco, Cannes, Antibes and Eze from here.

It is located near to the Fabron station and 5 mins to the beach, which is very convenient for travllers to visit city center or nearby towns like Menton or Villefranche de mer. Also the apartment itself is very well decorated and maintained with beautiful view and balcony , definitely a good choice when you visit Nice .😊

The apartment is exactly as pictured, spacious and clean. There’s plenty of room for all your luggage (we had three big suitcases) and clothes. We stayed for a month and had everything we needed. Adrien is very responsive, kind and charming. We met in person to get a second key and they offered to have the apt cleaned halfway through our stay, which was easy to schedule. The location is perfect, with all the basic needs at your doorstep (convenient store, bakery, restaurants, etc.) and absolutely astonishing sea views. The apt also sits between two tram stops that are very close by. This part of Nice is much less crowded and you’ll always find a spot at the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

Jens’ flat is the perfect place for two couples visiting Nice. Decorated in a stylish nouveau chic motif, it features two comfortable king-sized beds and a small balcony with a charming peek-a-view of the Mediterranean—you can watch boats and yachts drift by in the distance. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The flat is impeccably clean and comes well-equipped with quality bath and beach towels, along with a sufficiently stocked kitchen for basic cooking needs. Hanna Hess (Property Management) and her team were professional and incredibly helpful with communication. The check-in process was the most informative and thorough I’ve ever experienced—thank you, Nonna!

Gisele’s place is lovely and spacious. We had everything we needed for our stay. We cooked several times and we had all the utensils we need. Since we are visiting Europe for 2 weeks, we pretty much need the laundry service and Gisele is very helpful and friendly to provide additional laundry capsule to cater our needs. Gisele is very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend this place! Very quiet and safe. Grocery shopping is easy and there’s a nice coffee shop nearby called ‘Alvin’s cafe’. Made our stay even more pleasant!

What a tremendous location! This may have been the most beautiful view we have ever had. We only wish we had longer in Nice! Nico was so helpful and kind. Very gracious host.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis à l’occasion du Grand Prix de Monaco. Le logement était top : propre, bien équipé (tout est nickel côté équipements), très pratique et idéalement situé avec un accès facile au village à pied. L’extérieur est également très mignon, parfait pour profiter des beaux jours. Un grand merci à notre hôte, très réactif et arrangeant. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

Es war alles wunderbarbar. Die Kommunikation mit Ewoud war einwandfrei. Vorort hatten wir mit Céline zu tun, der Nachbarin. Céline war sehr zuvorkommend. Besser geht es nicht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Beschreibungen. Das WLAN ist super, auch am Pool ist die Verbindung noch perfekt. Der Herd in der Küche funktioniert leider nicht optimal; eine Kochplatte müsste ersetzt werden; deshalb kann man nicht richtig kochen. Leider ist in der Gegen sehr wenig los. Es gibt weder gute Restaurants, noch Supermärkte in der Nähe. Alles was man braucht bekommt man erst, wenn man mindestens 25 Minuten fährt. Aber Nizza, Cannes, Antibes etc. sind sehr nahe...

Beautiful pool and garden, nice private place, very clean and Sandra is lovely, very friendly, helpful. I did have a bit of trouble finding the place because my Google maps took me down the end of the road, so that's something to be aware of.

Le lieu est juste magique, une vue ÉPOUSTOUFLANTE de la chambre et de la terrasse, et à notre arrivée il y avait des petites attentions très sympa comme une bouteille de rosé, des capsules de café.. merci encore pour ce moment

Really great stay, lovely hosts and apartment. Great location, peaceful and private but still very walkable to both beach and the centre. Clean and tidy and hosts were really responsive. Loved the terrace! Thank you for having us ☺️

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Would definitely return. Veronique was an excellent host 👍🇫🇷

Peter was a very helpful host, his messages were clear and quickly sent. Peter met us, helped us with our bags and gave a quick but informative tour of the apartment. The apartment was well appointed with everything basic you need. It was lovely and clean. The only downside was that we were unable to hang laundry on the balcony due to building restrictions.

Breathtaking, unbeatable view in a place with the personal touch of a good friend and the five-star perfection of an expensive hotel. It was our second time staying here: the first time was three years ago, right after it opened. The place is as cared-for and meticulously cleaned as it was when it was brand new, an indication of how much Vytas cares. Also. He was extremely patient and kind and went way above and beyond to solve a problem we had with our personal mobile telephones. The location is perfect: a short drive from Eze and the beaches, from Nice and from Monte Carlo. But it is also out of the fray, a cliff-side, quiet panorama that is true luxury. We hope to be back for a third time.

Viran’s place is in a fantastic location near public transportation and a short walk to the beach. The apartment was a great home base for exploring the area. He was a great host with clear directions. We would stay again.
