This property has amazing view, very close to the beach and can enjoy the scenery in the balcony.

On all accounts, Gianni was an exceptional host and very accommodating - spacious, comfortable apartment with large balcony. Amazing discount for long-term stay! Super location with easy tram/bus access everywhere as well as very walkable to Vielle Nice, beach and large public squares. Tons of reasonably-priced and friendly restaurants/cafes nearby and great food shops and a super-sized Carrefour/mall less than 5-10 minutes walk and loved getting ten euro haircuts! Though I was unable to bring my dog this trip, Airbnb is pet friendly as is all of Nice. Washing machine came in super handy with the intense heat wave Nice was experiencing. I would without any doubt return here. Thank you, Gianni !

Absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect location for our girls weekend, check in was so easy and Karine was very generous to let us leave our bags once we’d checked out so we could enjoy our final day before our flight home. The location is perfect with everything on your doorstep and the apartment is gorgeous and an amazing use of space - it felt very spacious for the 6 of us. Will definitely recommend to friends looking to stay in the area!

Probably the best place to stay near to Monte Carlo, it is on a hill side (like every other apartment on the vicinity) but very easy to access every where either by walking or getting the bus which is very regular and cheap, bus stop just in front of the apartment. Silent, spotlessly clean, nice balcony and nothing is missing for a perfect stay.

Great stay at Pierre François's, who is responsive and gives very good addresses to discover the area. The apartment is large, clean. Everything was perfect. I think that in normal times, the location is quiet because the apartment overlooks an inner courtyard, but there was a little noise during the day when we were there because of the works just next door. The apartment is 30 minutes from the city center on foot so very convenient. Don't hesitate if you're looking for a base in Nice for a few days!

A small apartment, very friendly and very well located in the heart of residential Nice: tram, supermarket and Place de la Libération (Place Charles de Gaulle) 5 minutes away. Perfectly renovated. Correct equipment, very comfortable sofa and ample storage. Very nice small quiet terrace overlooking the rooftops and large open space. Both floors are not difficult to climb. Parking is possible all around, including on the street of the building if you're lucky. I will most likely return during my future stays in Nice.

Julien is a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is located in a residential area. From there, everything is within walking distance, the tram and train station are also just around the corner. Thanks for the great stay:-)

We arrived, the host was already there waiting for us. There is private parking, and you can also walk to the sea. Very clean, tidy and very well furnished house. The accommodation has two bathrooms. The area is very peaceful. The host speaks French, great English, and also gets by in Italian. When I return to Nice, this accommodation will definitely be my only choice. Highly recommended.

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

Very pleasant stay in this beautiful house, with a beautiful view of Saint-Paul de Vence. Well-equipped house (dishes, appliances, etc.) and comfortable. Walking distance to the village and amenities. A few kilometers from Nice and Saint-Paul de Vence. We would have liked to extend this great weekend. Thanks to the hosts!

A successful stay at Jeremy's beautiful home. A very responsive host when we had a little problem with the gate, and very accommodating when it came to our late arrival time! quality bedding, a very well-equipped kitchen, and the major asset, the very pleasant outdoors!

The place is just magical, a BREATHTAKING view from the bedroom and terrace, and on arrival there were very nice little touches like a bottle of rosé, coffee capsules... thank you again for this moment

Lovely and private villa with a great view and huge pool. The rooms are spread out across three different parts of the house. Definitely needs a car to get around. Fast and convenient check-in , good amenities. We would be happy to visit again!

Wow what a view and an amazing apartment. There was everything in the apartment you needed to cook at home, the bedroom was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The shower was just delightful, lovely hot water with an independent toilet room. The outdoor area was great for relaxing and the gardens were just beautiful. The apartment was very private and peaceful. There was a washing machine and drying rack which is always handy. Private parking on site was very secure. It was the perfect place to explore the Riveria region easily in all directions, a car is a must (Cannes is 10 minutes away). Close to the local supermarket - 3 minutes drive. There are steps up to the apartment but not difficult to get your luggage and belongings up and down. Michel is a very communicative and friendly host. Highly recommend staying here.

Clement place was wonderful it’s on the principal avenue , the beach is behind the building . We spent a really good time .

Excellent value for money. Very large apartment, very well cared for, with everything very clean and tidy. The area is unbeatable with the beach and downtown nearby, and the tram to the airport right next door, with streets with public (paid) parking right there. Elevator that was always working perfectly. The appliances are modern and well maintained. Hosts always had wonderful communication! On a personal level, I was uncomfortable with the spring mattress (something hard as you have some back or neck problem), but I slept on the couch, it's very comfortable haha

Céline is really friendly and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we have everything we need. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just down the street from the building is super convenient and there are plenty of things. I enjoyed the stay. Easy access to Monaco. Simple walk to restaurants and beach. The train is near by. You can rent a scooter a few blocks away. Great bakery, pharmacy and police station just down the road. Felt very safe. The view is picturesque! Super easy to get Ubers. I’d stay there again!

Good location in the Old Nice, right next to the Port Lympia and easy to get around. 1 min walk supermarket and boulangerie. Quiet and considering the heat outside is offering a nice temperature inside. No parking spot but not the worst to get around to find one.
