Beachfront vacation rentals in old nice, Nice

We (mother with 13-year-old daughter) had a wonderful stay in Nice. A week full of old town flair, French delicacies from the market, sun, beach, sea ….. The location of the apartment was perfect. Perfect place for Monaco Grand Prix week. Exactly as pictured - we spent hours on balcony with view of the yachts! Carlos communicated very well, very responsive, and accommodating to our needs.

Nico and Liza’s place was fantastic. It is in a great location that allowed me to get to anywhere easily! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Great value too.

Our stay at Nice’s place was an absolute joy! Nice has been one of the most responsive and friendly host that I’ve ever meet. You can tell that he really cares for the space, and its guests. The location of this space is ideal. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of Old Nice, but just a quick (and I mean quick) tram ride into town. Most nights we would take the tram into town and walk back. The beach is just a stones throw from the space too. Nice had all of the amenities you’d need for a beach day: chairs, towels, and an umbrella! You can’t beat it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

I'm leaving a review in Korean because there are no Korean reviews! It's exactly the same flat as the picture. It's small, but it has everything you need, and the host is very good at managing it. It's a platform that feels like it's done well. Above all, the host's response was very quick, and I felt so good because they actively responded to my inquiries and needs. The advantage is that all the famous attractions, such as Masena Square and Old Town, are within walking distance, and if I had to point out a disadvantage, it's the sofa bed... it wasn't that comfortable. However, this is a common feature of all sofa beds, so those who have not slept on a sofa bed may think that it is particularly uncomfortable! Recommended for those who want to stay in Nice, where accommodation is expensive, for a good value!

We stayed in Irina's place for a week, it is as discribed, very clean and nice place. The views from the apartment is just amazing. The place has everything one needs during their stay. We felt it was perfectly located to explore French Riviera with easy access to train services. Irina is a great host, always available to get back to any enquiries promptly. Thanks for hosting us.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

The Sun Bay House was the perfect place to stay at during our first visit of the Côte d‘azur. The studio itself as well as the terrace were as beautiful and clean as on the pictures and Phillipe was always there to help! He was an amazing host with many recommendations what do to in Villefranche-sur-mer and in other cities It was one of the best AirBnb experiences we‘ve had! We will definitely come back 😊

I couldn’t recommend Le Cabanon d’Isidore more highly. Wonderful, helpful host; a spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully designed and comfortable cabin; stunning views right from bed and from the yard outside; and a short walk to the beach, hiking trails, restaurants, and public transit that opened up access to the entire surrounding region.

What an amazing gem this property was. The view was out of this world. Waking up every morning to that gorgeous view made me giddy! Close to restaurants, to beach clubs, to cafes, you name it. I fell in love with Nice and would 100% stay at this property again. Everything we needed was there and the host was so friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The noise from the promenade was what I expected but it didn’t bother me much, but the location was worth every car horn. Highly recommend this property for anyone travelling to Nice!

The Loft is very well located, close to restaurants, bakery and supermarket. No need to take the car, Royal! In addition, Bravo because it's fully equipped, it's been a long time since we had an apartment with so much equipment available! Kevin is great, nice welcome, full of explanations and recommendations... very flexible and very responsive, you can feel that he wants these guests to be well taken care of and it's great! We'll remember the address and we'll be happy to come back!

I would definitely stay there again every time I visit Nice, highly recommended! The apartment is bigger than it looks, everything was super tidy and clean. The location is perfect, a quiet neighborhood and you can easily get around everywhere. Nicolas is a super host, he responded quickly to provide us with all the information. Everything was perfect!

Our stay at Pascal's was very nice. Functional place with a great view. We really enjoyed his place. The bed was very comfortable. And Pascal was very nice and helpful.If you're tall yo must be careful as the doorways are low and the toilet room is a little tight. The view and outside balcony is definitely worth the hike up the stairs. Overall we really liked it. The place is in a nice quiet location but close by to many restaurants , markets and shops.

My daughter & I were delighted with Murielle’s apartment in the hub of activity of Vieux Nice - small but chique with tasteful & classy design which was appreciated by us. A luggage storage is 2 minutes walk away which was very handy as we arrived earlier than check-in & left later in the evening. Cafés, restaurants & markets all within walking distance not to mention the 2 minute walk to the trams which connect with the airport & train stations enabling us to have day trips to Monaco & the other direction to Juan Les Pins. We would definitely choose this apartment again in the future.

The apartment is fantastic — bright, quiet, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. It’s located in a peaceful area, but still close to everything: the port, Place du Pin, cafes, shops, and restaurants. The large windows let in lots of natural light, and the air conditioning is quiet and efficient — perfect for a comfortable stay. What really made the experience special was the host. Incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive — you can truly feel that he cares about his guests. He made sure everything was perfect and was always available if we had any questions. It felt more like visiting a friend than just renting a place. Highly recommended!

Pascal’s place was perfect for us! Great location with lots of food and drinks just outside the building. Old Nice had everything we needed & Pascal’s place felt right in the centre! The unit is very well maintained and equipped with a very comfortable bed, espresso machine and a binder full of local recommendations. Happy with our stay in Nice and very much looking forward to returning!

Patricia’s apartment exceeded expectations!! Fantastic, central location that made it really easy to get all around. The apartment itself was light and airy with pretty much everything we could possibly need. The expansive bed was extremely comfortable. But, the best thing about the property was that amazing terrace!! Wow! Views to die for and such a nice table and chairs for eating or just relaxing. Boy, did we enjoy that everyday we stayed there! If we ever come back Nice we absolutely hope to stay again.

We had a fabulous stay at Damien’s apartment. The space is exactly as photographed, the location is incredible just a couple of minutes to the beach and in the heart of the old town and surrounding restaurants + easy access to public transport to get you to other areas along the coast/the airport. Damien was responsive and quick to respond and fix the AC when we needed it. Good size for a couple, for a couple of days. We’d thoroughly recommend the apartment and area.

I will have lovely memories of our stay at Leo and Romain's place in Nice. There was never any space issue. We were three buddies who had their own bathrooms and bedrooms. We gathered each morning and evening on the roomy terrace. The view above the rooftops and the sea made us feel we were right where we needed to be to experience Nice life. Walking outside our door, we were four steps from a Spars market and a dozen steps from a wonderful boulangerie. Beginning each day with freshly baked croissants and pain au chocolat was an excellent way to start our adventures. The location is at the front door of Nice's old town. Its 6th-floor location makes it quiet, so you rarely hear noise from below. Because there is no elevator, the 130 steps up to the apartment is a trek. I don't recommend it for the unfit. I'm 71 and in excellent shape, but it was never easy, especially with luggage. Even with the stairs, I would return to Leo and Romain's place.

Staying at François’ flat was an absolute pleasure. From the start, booking was smooth and effortless. François was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. The flat itself is truly authentic, full of charm and character, and the location is simply spectacular—perfect for exploring the area and soaking in the local atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more memorable experience. Highly recommended!
