Great location. Walk out the door to the beautiful azure blue sea. The coffee shop downstairs was very convenient with good food. The apartment matched the photos exactly. It was quiet and comfortable. Host met me upon arrival and walked me through everything. A good stay for the money.

We had a lovely and relaxing time at Yvan and Peter’s place. It is an ultra peaceful and quiet escape. It’s located high above Nice and offers beautiful views of the Med. The nearest grocery store is about four miles away, Hypermarché Auchan in La Trinité, and it is massive. Just two blocks from the market is a terrific Italian restaurant, Accossato, with some of the best pizza you’ll ever find. This place is a great location for exploring this part of Provence. While driving up to the house, don’t be intimidated by the hairpin turns and switchbacks. Just drive slowly. The kitchen was well appointed and the water pressure is terrific. Unfortunately, it was too cold to use the pool, but that is a nice feature. Internet speed was impressive, allowing us to get a lot of business done on our working holiday. Yvan & Peter are gracious hosts. Be sure to study all the photos & instructions they send you. The remote for the gate is on the keychain they leave in the house. Perfect stay Merci

Great apartment in a very walkable location near the beach. Excellent wifi which we appreciated for a bit of work. The parking was a huge plus since we had a car. Chantal was a communicative host, merci beaucoup!

This was a perfect place to access everything Nice has to offer. The studio had an inside view which made it quiet (besides the seagulls, but the metal screen and windows muted them). The pool rooftop was AMAZING! We walked everywhere, including the beach across the street, the bakery one block away and the flower/veggie market a short stroll away. Restaurants nearby were fab. The washer/ drier was a great feature! Fantastic start to a 2 week French adventure.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Alles war mit dem Auto oder auch der Bahn sehr gut zu erreichen. Irina war stets hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar.

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our accommodations! This delightful apartment was the perfect size for us, well decorated and peaceful. It is convenient to just about anywhere you want to explore, but there is plenty to do even if you just stay in the beautiful local area. We loved the beach, the gorgeous rooftop pool, the array of restaurants, the natural attractions and the market across the street. Many thanks to Florian, a thoughtful, friendly and welcoming host who responded quickly to any questions we had. We are thrilled to have found this gem and are already looking forward to booking it again!

Very cozy apartment with everything you need. Also extremely convenient to Monaco. The neighborhood is very quiet with only residences around. The balcony had amazing views of Monaco and the sea. Arthur was always very responsive with any questions I had. Highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to the region.

The place was located in a very good location! My family of 4 drove so the location was very easy to get around to the main attractions in less than 30 minutes. Dont be deceived by the looks of the building, it may be simple from the outside, but on the inside, the place was really grand & worth the stay! I cannot recommend enough of how wonderful the place is so do not hesitate to book this place :-)

Clement place was wonderful it’s on the principal avenue , the beach is behind the building . We spent a really good time .

Had a great week. The apartment is spacious, has everything you need and in walking distance from shopping areas, train station and the beach promenade. The host was great, flexible and nice.

Martha's AirBnB is in an incredible location. We enjoyed only having to step out the door to be on the Promenade des Anglais where we went on long walks every evening. This apartment/condo is definitely on the larger side for European standards and there was more than enough space for all 4 of us. Having 2 separate bathrooms was very convenient. We wouldn't hesitate to book this AirBnB again!

Lovely place to stay. A little out the hustle and bustle of the main streets of Cannes which was nice. Safe, peaceful, and comfortable. The terrace is the best part!!

Could not say enough good things about the apartment and the host. Solange is friendly, hospitable and has excellent communication. She showed me around the apartment and the grounds and allowed me to store my bags before check in and after check out. The apartment is a nice studio that doesn’t feel cramped. The pool is right next to the ocean so you can hear it while you relax but is private and not very busy. It’s the perfect place to stay. There is a grocery store right across the street as well, and an easy walk from the train station. I cannot wait to come back!

My husband and I liked the place a lot. Both Chloe and Ilona communicated with us. Ilona showed us everything and was very helpful and pleasant to communicate with. The fold out sofa was semi comfortable to sleep on. We had only one tablet for the washer machine and one for the dishwasher, so we had to buy more. We also bought more toilet paper. Overall the place is very clean, has everything one needs in the kitchen, nice balcony, park and beach close by. Having assigned parking space in the garage, Super U store next door as well as restaurants and bakeries was a big plus. The area is very nice, we were glad to stay in that apartment.

My husband and myself, along with 3 young adult children stayed at Anna's beautiful home for 7 days. With the home being 4 floors, we each had plenty of space for ourselves as well as common areas - kitchen, living, balcony to spend time together. The location was perfect - easily walkable to the train station and all the restaurants/shops in old town Antibes, as well as the beach! Easy access to other areas in the French Riviera by train (i.e. Cannes, Monaco, Nice, etc.). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anna's home and can't think of any amenity that was missing. Highly recommend, especially for families or larger groups!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Johanna. La maison est superbe. il ne manque de rien. La piscine est très agréable. Johanna a été très réactive lors d'un petit souci de lit d'appoint. Le problème a été vite résolu grâce à la gentillesse de ses voisins également. Merci à eux.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Pour un couple, ce studio est parfait, on a pu profiter de la terrasse pour prendre l'apéritif. L'accès à une machine à laver nous bien rendu service. Tout était parfait, aussi l'accueil que le logement. Merci

Helena was nice, honest and very communicative. House is big and clean, with all you needed and the pool was just perfect. So I would recommend visiting the house with friends and family.

- Insgesamt: Sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. - Platz: Wir waren zu zweit und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Für ein Paar und Kinder hat es genug Platz, jedoch für 2 Paare vermutlich zu knapp. Das „Haupt“-Bett im oberen Geschoss ist eher schmal. - Lage: Sehr ruhige Lage, abgelegen am Hang, jedoch Nachbarn die man am Tag teilweise hört im Garten. Am Abend hört man Frösche quaken. Ca. 20 Min mit dem Auto nach Nizza und 5 Min ins Dorf Tourette-Levens, wo ein Spar, eine Bäckerei und 3-4 Restaurants bestehen. Ca. 30 Min mit dem Auto nach Monaco. Parkplatz vorhanden. - Sauberkeit: Alles sehr sauber. Genügend Handtücher, WC-Papier Putzmittel, Shampoo, etc vorhanden. - Gastgeberin: Sehr freundlich und leidenschaftlich. Hat am 1. Morgen sogar proaktiv Croissants gekauft und vorbeigebracht. Judith sorgt für maximale Privatsphäre der Gäste. - Pool: Grosser Pool, gefüllt mit Salzwasser (wenig Salz), genügend Platz für 4-5 Personen. - Minuspunkte: Outdoor-Dusche beim Pool und das WLAN haben nic

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Xavier villa set in the valley surrounding the village of St Paul de Vence . The Villa has stunning peaceful views , to enjoy all the lush trees and greenery in front of us . The big hit for us was the terrace and pool which allowed wonderful sunshine all day and then at night idyllic sunsets to enjoy cocktails and dinner . Our first night we noticed a few fire flies in the tree from the terrace which made the place even more enchanting. The villa its self is very clean ,modern and super practical everything we needed for a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed using the downstairs open plan kitchen with great facilities , everything was tidy and orderly . It felt very private, peaceful and relaxing yet there was plenty opportunity to go to the nearby villages . We were so happy when we got to the villa because we had a lovely welcome from Xavier and this is a great villa to find in a very chic area . We loved our stay !
