A deux pas de la colline du château (et sa belle vue sur la baie des anges), des plages, du vieux Nice et du marché au fleurs Accès direct par le tram 2 (terminus Port Lympia) en provenance de l'aéroport ou tram 1 depuis la gare (Garibaldi).

Charming 17:th century apartment in the old town.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

5e étage SANS ascenseur, avec climatisation. Juché sur les toits, c'est un deux pièces, simple et authentique, dans un immeuble typiquement niçois dans une ruelle piétonne de la vieille ville, à deux pas de la place Rossetti, du cours Saleya et de la plage. Idéalement situé au coeur de Nice, il permet de découvrir la ville et ses environs. Son balcon offre une vue sur les toits et est une invitation à des moments de détente au soleil en journée ou au frais en soirée. Je ne parle pas anglais.

Studio avec mezzanine tres bien equipe lave vaisselle machine a cafe grille pain climatisation wifi gratuite.Situe dans une rue pietonne a 2 pas de la mer il est au deuxieme etage avec ascenseur etpossede un balcon avec table et chaises.De nombreux restaurants a proximite ainsi que le celebre marche aux fleurs. La salle d eau est equpee d un sechoir de gel douche seviettes. LE frigo a une bouteille de rose de provence comme cadeau d accueil. Deux dosettes de cafe pour le premier matin.

This appartment is located in the heart of Nice, just where the Old Town blends into the new city, close to The Museum of Modern Art (MAMAC) and the place Garibaldi. The flat overlooks a small square which gives the flat lots of sun and light. In the old town you can enjoy living like the locals, and by the entrance door you will find Cave de la Tour, famous by the locals, where you can have a refreshing glass of wine. Situé au dernier étage sans ascenseur, l’appartement offre une très jolie vue sur les toits et le clocher de l'église sur la Vieille Ville. il suffit de 5 mn pour aller à la plage Bien qu'au cœur du pittoresque et vibrant Vieux Nice, l'appartement situé dans une rue vivante Autres remarques L'appartement est situé au 5ème et dernier étage et la dernière partie de l'escalier est un peu étroite. Attention l'escalier peut faire peur, mais l'appartement mérite un petit effort
