A light-colored shelf displays various potted plants, including small greenery arranged in natural woven baskets. Clear jars with wooden lids add texture and warmth to the kitchen space, complemented by gentle touches of greenery trailing from the shelf.

The Cosy Cottage

GeraldineRating, 5 stars2 days ago
The cottage is a beautifully renovated & styled rustic building, set in a quiet laneway within easy walk of Central Turriff. Kim has attended to every detail for short or long term stay. It is a home away from home. Love the robotic vacuum cleaner. The early checkin was much appreciated🙏

We had a wonderful stay and it was very close to Haddo House. We felt very comfortable and it was the perfect place to stay for our son’s wedding, thank you so much!

A black circular plaque is embedded in a gravel surface, displaying the engraved text 'CROFT OF FEITH-HILL' along with a floral design in the center. The plaque's metallic finish contrasts with the surrounding gravel, providing a clear identifier for the property.

Croft of Feithhill

We've had several bookings at Edith's place over the last couple of months whilst working in the area. A wonderful spot and Edith has been wonderful too! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Beautiful sea front cottage

AnneRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a very nice stay in Jacqueline's 'wee hoose'. The cottage was comfortable and warm. The kitchen was equipped for self-catering with an excellent cooker. We were glad to meet Sheena, Jacqueline's mum and enjoyed her kind gifts of muffins and rock cakes. We visited the Seaview Hotel just up the street several times for drinks and once for food. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and we loved the fish and chips. We had several days out and enjoyed the surrounding area. It was lovely to see the sea and the lighthouse each day.

A wooden gate with a sign indicating livestock presence stands closed, leading to a lush green field. Scenic rolling hills and trees dot the horizon, while directional signs point towards Formartine and Buchan Way, accompanied by a cautionary sign on a nearby post.

Mavisbank

RebeccaRating, 5 stars6 months ago
I'm not sure its possible to write a sufficiently glowing review for Mavis Bank in the space that we have here, but I'll give it my best shot! What a truly wonderful stay from start to finish. Our host Morag could not have been more accomodating to our every need, and really did make this beautiful house feel like a home away from home. We visited with a group for my mums 70th birthday and arrived to an extremely thoughtful card, cake and bottle of prosecco as I'd mentioned the reason for our trip. My mum was just delighted. With the perfect mix of stunning decor and cosy, homely vibes, the venue had everything we could need and more, with gorgeous grounds and surroundings to match. Imacculately clean throughout and with enourmous (and extremely comfortable) beds which ensured we had a peaceful nights sleep. From the fabulous hosting to the well thought-out ameities, this is a stay that we would revisit time and time again for any special occasion, or even just a wee getaway.

Secluded luxury retreat on a country estate

DuncanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This is an outstanding place for kids and furry friends. Sue and Jim could not have been more helpful or welcoming - the cottage is pristine, cosy and with all you need no matter the weather. The grounds are stunning; affording you real privacy and lots to explore and do from climbing trees to den making, and all whilst surrounded by nature. You are only 10 mins from Inverurie which has plenty of shops to meet your needs. A trip to the Old Post Office for brilliant cakes, Castle Fraser and Kemnay are worth a visit as is the Pit Stop for a great fry up and the Gordon Highlanders museum is perfect for a raining day. Easily the most pet friendly place we have ever stayed.

A calm harbor scene is depicted with several boats docked in shallow water. The soft sandy beach leads to the water's edge, while a green hillside rises in the background. Overcast skies add a subdued light to the tranquil setting.

Beautiful Haddie Cottage by the seaside

KimberlyRating, 5 stars1 day ago
My guests and I completely enjoyed our stay at Haddie Cottage in Cruden Bay! The cottage itself was clean, nicely decorated, and the perfect size for 4 guests. The location is incredible; right across from the water and a short walk to the North Sea, New Slain’s Castle, and local pubs, restaurants, and a cafe with great views! Rachel, our host, was amazing! She was both proactive and quick to respond in regard to all communication. If we ever return to Cruden Bay, we will definitely seek out this accommodation again.
