Ideally located right next to codonas amusement park and the beach boulevard retail park where you can get everything you need. Cosy 2 bedroom city centre flat with WiFi, on the first and second floor of a high rise block. Located opposite NESCOL, it is close to Lidl, Morrisons and the Bon Accord Centre, a short walk to Union Street and about half a mile from the University of Aberdeen. Bedrooms are light and roomy. Fully equipped kitchen, open plan TV lounge and seating area and a balcony to the front. Great location for visiting the town centre with regular bus services to Union Square, the airport and TECA/P&J Live.

Rongrong had been a very responsive and kind host who offered flexible check-in and check-outs. After I checked out, I thought I had forgotten my jacket at the apartment that he very kindly offered to drop at my location in Aberdeen to save me another trip back to the apartment. The place exactly matches the description, and is 4 minutes walk to the nearest bus stations with a bus distance to 15-20 mins to city centre. There are multiple convenience stores and eateries nearby. It’s a peaceful and serene neighbourhood.

Shahana was an excellent host, and the apartment is exactly as described. The location is quiet, about a 20-minute walk from the university and city center. It’s also very easy to reach the apartment from the airport. The flat is small but fully equipped and comfortable to stay in. Shahana helped us by arranging a mattress for the baby crib, and she also allowed us an early check-in and a slightly later check-out, which was very helpful both on arrival and departure. Highly recommended!

Mitchell and the teams place was great, spotless property exactly like the images with all the amenities you need. Location is also great by the beach and still close enough to the city centre if needed with shops close by. Overall a faultless stay and recommended.

39 Fountainhall Rd was so beautiful. Every touch and detail was done with purpose. The home was very clean and the amount of sunlight that came through was refreshing. There were a lot of restaurants and cafes that were walkable and the co-op a block down was convenient for snacks and drinks. I would highly recommend 39 Fountainhall Rd if you are looking to stay in Aberdeen.

Lovely house. V relaxing. It's not in the happening side of town but i found that v peaceful. Wee cafe on the street. So near town. Really clean and comfy. Perfect for me. Will defo be back!
