Olbia , l'appartamento è ubicato nelle immediate vicinanze di viale A.Moro,zona tranquilla e silenziosa,a pochi passi dalle fermate dei bus urbani ed extraurbani,banche,ufficio postale,negozi,farmacie,ristoranti e pizzerie,parcheggio auto sempre disponibile.Ho il piacere di accogliere i miei ospiti in tre ampie camere matrimoniali climatizzate,ogni camera dispone di un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo,su richiesta anche una culla, ambiente adatto a chi intende piacevolmente rilassarsi.Un ampia zona giorno comune,arredata con comodi divani,una ricca biblioteca con libri di vario genere che spaziano da argomenti sull'arte , ai classici , alla medicina alternativa etc... quadri,foto artistiche alle pareti, pavimenti in parquet ricoperti da antichi tappetti persiani che rendono l'atmosfera della casa avvolgente e accogliente,stereo e tv.Colazione all'italiana,anche gluten free e vegan. Facilmente raggiungibile dal porto e dall'aeroporto,a soli pochi minuti dalle migliori spiagge , a soli 15 minuti dalla Costa Smeralda e da Porto Rotondo. Atmosfera accogliente ,artistica e positiva è tutto ciò che riserviamo per i nostri graditi ospiti.

It has a private bathroom, but it is not located inside the room, in fact you have to cross the common room to access it. It has a small balcony overlooking Via XX Settembre, one of the main pedestrian streets on the island. Independent air conditioning (hot/cold) and 40" LCD TV.

L'alloggio si trova a Ozieri(SS),città del logudoro,di fronte alla fermata dei pullman.Dista 40 minuti d'auto da Olbia e 50 da Alghero.Ha un ingresso indipendente,è tutta su un livello.Ha 4 posti letto:una camera matrimoniale,una con due lettini.Possiede un salone con TV,cucina per la colazione e una terrazza con vista sulla città. Il bagno è dotato di wc,lavabo,phon e di una vasca utilizzabile anche come doccia. Possibilità noleggio auto.
