Important: Quiet Hours After 8:00 PM Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM to avoid disturbing our neighbors. If we receive a noise complaint, we may ask you to leave the property. BBQ You can enjoy BBQ on the terrace overlooking the ocean. BBQ equipment is available for JPY 5,000 per stay. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use it. Smoking Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is only permitted on the deck. Please do not smoke near the entrance or in the parking area. Fireworks Aerial and launching fireworks are prohibited. Only handheld fireworks are allowed, and they may only be used in the parking area. If the deck or other facilities are damaged due to violation of these rules, we may charge you for the cost of repairs. During Your Stay We do not provide cleaning, towel replacement, or linen replacement during your stay. Please use the cleaning supplies and washing machine provided. Please avoid cooking food with very strong odors. Please wash any dishes and cooking utensils you use. Please separate your garbage according to the instructions. When the indoor bins are full, please place the garbage in the outdoor garbage storage area. Important: Insects Our property is surrounded by the ocean and greenery, so insects may occasionally appear. We take preventive measures, but insects may enter when doors or windows are opened. If you are extremely uncomfortable with insects, we kindly ask you to consider whether this property is suitable for you. Insect spray is available in the shoe cabinet near the entrance. Please use the screen doors when opening windows. About the Surrounding Environment During your stay, you may occasionally hear construction noise, sounds from nearby residents, or notice temporary odors from the surrounding area. These are external factors outside our control, so we are unable to offer refunds or discounts for such circumstances. Thank you for your understanding before booking. Security Camera In accordance with guidance from the local public health authority, a security camera is installed at the entrance. Other Rules If the following rules are violated, additional charges may apply: The room is left excessively dirty. Property or equipment is lost or damaged. The number of guests exceeds the number declared in the reservation. If you request a date change within 30 days of check-in that reduces the number of nights, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the affected accommodation fee will apply. Please enter the correct number of guests in your reservation. The number of guests may be confirmed using the outdoor entrance security camera. If we confirm that more guests are staying than the number booked, an additional fee of JPY 10,000 per person may be charged. If you damage or heavily soil anything in the property, please inform us immediately. In serious cases, we may charge the actual cost of repair or replacement. Please also read the house rules provided inside the property. Required Guest Information In accordance with Japanese law governing accommodation facilities, we require personal information for all guests. We also require passport copies for guests who do not have Japanese nationality and do not reside in Japan. If the required information is not submitted by the deadline, your reservation may need to be cancelled and you may not be able to stay. Please make your reservation only after agreeing to these requirements. Check-in Procedure There is no on-site staff permanently stationed at the property. Please collect the entrance key from the key box. The key box code will be sent to you by the host.

Your usable area is the 2nd floor accommodation and the 3rd floor rooftop BBQ terrace. Each room has a 50-inch or larger TV, and the living room has a 4K projector and large screen for watching movies. There is a barbecue terrace on the rooftop connected from the outside stairs, where you can enjoy sunrises, daytime ocean views, evening sunrises, night views, starry skies, and the moon.
