Can I bring my pet to stay? Pets are not allowed to stay. Q. Can I smoke? This accommodation is a non-smoking indoor environment. If we find cigarette butts or smell smoke in the room, we will charge 33,000 yen (tax included). Smoking is only allowed in front of the entrance. Q: Can we check in early or check out late? It may be possible, so please message us by the day before. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate you on the day. Additional fees may apply for significant time adjustments. Q. Is it possible to pick up luggage in advance? We do not accept luggage in advance by courier or other means. Only for long-term stays, and only if you can pick it up yourself during your stay. Public transportation such as monorail, bus, taxi, etc. is convenient.
