The cottage is located on the banks of the River Iijoki. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 hlo. Rowing boat, swimming, and fishing. Yl Beach Riding Farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must complete the final cleaning. We charge $80 for unpaid cleaning.

After the sauna, drop off the beach in the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, another sauna and a lot, can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo for grilling and a rowing boat. The cottage with all amenities is located about 90 km from Oulu on the shore of beautiful Oijärvi, in the middle of charming nature. Suitable for swimming and rowing . Large lawn available for yard games. Two kayaks and bicycles are free to use. Good steam in a wood-burning sauna. Glazed patio and balcony facing the evening sun.

Old log house by the sea

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
