The house has a kitchen, wood-fired sauna, washing machine, dryer, TV, air heat pump, Wi-Fi and a view of the Simojoki river. Ready for bedding, towels, and detergents. Toys and games for the kids! The place offers privacy, a spacious yard and the shelter of the woods in all seasons. In winter, the bright starry sky, the moonlight and the possible northern lights create a wonderful atmosphere, while in summer the sounds of nature and peace fill the days. An ideal destination for relaxation, telecommuting, or a nature holiday when you need a real break.

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Welcome to stay in this new, peaceful sauna cabin. Here you can relax in the soft steam of the wooden sauna and stay in a cozy cabin. The sauna cabin is 26m2 in total. On the side of the cabin, there is a double bed, a sofa for two, a small table and a fridge, as well as a coffee maker. In addition, a bathroom/toilet, sauna and terrace. Gas grill on the terrace. The price includes bedding and towels, as well as final cleaning. Free parking in the yard. Electric car charging available. (11kw) Charge 0.25€/kWh.

Studio at the end of a detached house on the second floor. There is a code lock on the door. The property is located on the north side of Oulu along the highway near Oulu Ideapark. The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed Karup design (size 140x200). The kitchen is well-equipped, including an induction stove, an integrated dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. Coffee, and kettle and microwave can be found in the breakfast cupboard. Washing machine in the bathroom. Pets for an extra charge. Free parking.
