Cherry blossoms in spring and autumn foliage in fall color the lawn garden, birds sing in the morning, and the starry sky spreads out above you at night. ★ Genuine furniture, bedding, and amenities With Hida Sangyo for the dining room, Tendo Mokuko for the tatami floor, Nippon Bed for the bed, and Nishikawa Futon, the carefully selected high-quality furnishings will enrich your time on your trip. The bathroom uses cloudy micro-bubbles, and you can enjoy a luxurious bath while looking at Mt. Fuji. The covered terrace is equipped with a Weber electric stove, so you can enjoy a BBQ regardless of the weather. There is a bonfire area in the garden where you can enjoy a bonfire (please bring firewood) and hand-held fireworks. ★ Plenty of fun It is also fully equipped with a 75-inch Google TV, BOSE speakers, and a Blu-ray player. There is also a "secret base" in the attic with a Nintendo Famicom and popular manga. ★ Spend time in harmony with nature In addition to comfortable, air-conditioned rooms, there is also underfloor heating in winter, making it comfortable all year round. A detached house surrounded by greenery at the foot of Mt. Fuji. There are two 6-tatami-mat rooms. There is a kotatsu in winter. Free wifi, workspace, refrigerator, toilet, bath, BBQ, etc. are all available. There are 2 air conditioners for a comfortable stay. There are also BBQ facilities and a fire pit, so you can relax while feeling the nature. I rent out the inn's detached building on Airbnb, and I also have a home in a separate building, so I can accommodate a variety of needs. Renovated toilets, baths, and tatami mats in October 2024. We rent out bicycles for free. * Please let us know in advance if you are using a BBQ or campfire. A usage fee of 1,000 yen per person (cash on the day) will be charged. We have all the basic items such as nets, iron plates, charcoal, firewood, firelighters, chucka man, mosquito coils, dishes, chopsticks, gloves, tongs, spatulas, seasonings, etc. You only need to provide the ingredients. The terrace has a roof, so you can have a BBQ without any problems even in rainy weather. * Small and medium dogs are allowed. 2000 yen per dog per night. If you are looking for a quiet and private house surrounded by nature, Cozy Retreat is the perfect choice. You can get away from the noisy city area, yet it's only 5 km to the Lake Kawaguchiko, easy to access other attractions in the area (you need your own car to get by). The house has two bedrooms and one large living room, up to 6 people can stay comfortably. Guests especially love the large living room, as well as the garden with a large wood-deck.
