Vacation rentals in Ocosce

We had a wonderful holiday and are very grateful to Flavia for being responsive and accommodating. And massive thanks to Giuseppe who helped us so much throughout the week, from greeting us on arrival and providing advice and suggestions, and saying farewell when we left. The house was beautifully presented with great attention to detail: comfortable, equipped with what we needed, tidy and clean. The gardens were gorgeous, lots of flowers when we visited in late May, and the trees around the perimeter create a sense of seclusion and tranquility, and yet you can see Trevi up on the hill and are in a great location for getting to shops, train station, roads etc. I've never seen so many different species of bird in one garden, it was wonderful! I would be delighted to have the chance to go back and would happily recommend this lovely house to my friends and family. We really felt able to relax and didn't want to leave! Grazie mille, again.

Comunicazione, gentilezza e professionalità da parte di questo Host. Per quanto riguarda la casa: La cucina era non solo attrezzata di tutta l'utensileria (pentole, piatti, bicchieri, tazze e tazzine) ma abbiamo trovato anche il necessario per cucinare senza dover andare necessariamente fuori. Pasta, olio, sale, zucchero, caffè, erbette, sugo... C'era tutto! E non è una cosa scontata! Delizioso il terrazzo con la splendida vista sulla montagna ed il Nera. Tanti libri anche, per chi si ferma più a lungo e piace passare un po' di tempo a rilassarsi leggendo. La zona è molto strategica anche per le tante attività che offre, e bellissime sono le piccole frazioni da visitare, oltre che i centri più rinomati. Ci torneremo! Grazie di tutto

My wife and I loved this place. It's a "hidden gem", probably "prettier" than the pics show. The main cons-difficulty is that there is a 4 kms road "complicated" to drive through BUT that's it. Then, you're immersed in a wonderful area, with views you'll forever remember, and a sunset you'll never forget. PLUS, Mario e Graziella are great people and you feel not only welcome but just part of their lives. Highly recommended place overall. Also, if you're into movies, the collection of DVD's by the owners is very likeable to enjoy on their very COZY living room. And if you're into movies, please try to watch one at the so called Sala Pegasus in Spoleto. Probably, the more iconic theater/ place I've ever watched a movie in.

Il posto è splendido, in mezzo al terreno di Darcy e la sua famiglia, circondato da frutteti, animali e bosco. Di sera sembra di stare in un osservatorio astronomico dalla quantità di stelle visibili. La casa era spaziosa e pulita, molto luminosa di giorno e Darcy ci ha fatto trovare uova fresche raccolte al mattino in cucina, oltre ad un foglio con istruzioni e consigli su dove fare la spesa, posti da visitare nelle vicinanze e attività da fare nella zona. La strada per arrivare alla casa ad un certo punto diventa sdrucciolata quindi si consiglia una macchina più grande. La nostra purtroppo non riusciva poi a risalire e l’abbiamo lasciata a circa 10 minuti a piedi di strada e Darcy e la famiglia sono stati gentilissimi nell’offrirsi di accompagnarci alla macchina quando avevamo bisogno.

Riccardo sempre gentile e pronto nelle risposte. la casa è un vero e proprio gioiello , pulita bella e ordinata. il caminetto molto bello. la cucina super attrezzata. il bagno pulito e dotato di tutto ci siamo sentiti a casa. il piccolo borgo è stupendo. torneremo sicuramente!

Ich habe eine traumhafte Woche in dieser außergewöhnlich schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Die Wohnung ist extrem sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, teils mit wertvollen Antiquitäten. Es fehlt an nichts: die Küche ist top ausgestattet, Handtücher und Bettwäsche von hervorragender Qualität, perfektes WLAN und zwei Fernseher (Wohnbereich & Schlafzimmer). Sehr praktisch: Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang. Draußen kann man ungestört im Schatten oder in der Sonne sitzen – ideal zum Entspannen. Die Herzlichkeit von Laura und ihrer Familie war überwältigend. Sie waren jederzeit hilfsbereit, geduldig mit meinem nicht perfekten Italienisch, und wir haben uns wunderbar verstanden. Die Lage ist ideal, um Spoleto und viele Orte im schönen Umbrien bei Tagesausflügen zu entdecken. Ich war sehr traurig, wieder abreisen zu müssen – so schön war meine Zeit dort. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann diese Unterkunft von Herzen wärmstens empfehlen, auch für längere Aufenthalte. Grazie di cuore, cara Laura!

Ottima posizione, molto tranquilla, vicina a destinazioni stupende come Castelluccio e Norcia. Host molto disponibile, ci ha dato consigli per i percorsi nelle vicinanze; un punto di riferimento sicuro. Alloggio davvero curato, ottimo anche per persone con problemi di mobilità. Tutto davvero ottimo.
