A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Villa Hällene: Architektenhaus in schöner Lage

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Mitt i naturen men bara 20 min från Göteborg hittar ni denna idyll. Här bor ni bekvämt i en nybyggd gäststuga med kamin, vedeldad bastu och badtunna. Runt hela huset går den stora altanen. Nedanför är en mysig stig (50 m) till den privata bryggan för ett morgondopp. Ta en tur med roddbåten och pröva fiskelyckan eller låna våra två SUPar. I direkt närhet finns vildmarken med gott om stigar, bl.a. Vildmarksleden, för vandring, löpning och mountainbike. Flygplats: 8 min Chalmers golfbana: 5 min

Denna fina stuga erbjuder vacker natur med en egen sjö och fantastiska vandringsleder precis runt hörnet.Som gäst, affärsresande, vänner eller par så vill man ju uppleva komfort och närhet både till flygplats samt Göteborg. Du vill ju också uppleva det vackra med Sverige. Naturen utanför knuten och varför inte simma från familjens egna brygga, kanske fiska lite eller använda dig utav bastun precis vid sjön. In addition, own private terrace with deck chairs. Only 2 minutes walk to tram taking you directly into town in 20 minutes. Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.
