Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

The house is right next to the small Margrave Castle Schreez.

In the Engelschanze there are 2 separate apartments, which can also be booked as a unit for 8-10 people. The large garden can be used by all guests. It stretches over the adjacent forest, where there is also a hammock for general use. Each apartment has its own terrace with a view.

In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with roller ski track and ski lift, sled slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is 20 minutes on foot. My place is spacious and can accommodate up to 7 people. It also has a large balcony with great views of the countryside, to the summit of Schneeberg and Ochsenkopf. It is centrally located to many leisure activities (nature health park, barrier-free cable car to the Ochsenkopf, ski lift, toboggan run, climbing forest). My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.
