Spacious apartment in a stylish villa with a large sun terrace in Innsbruck's nature and recreation area above the city, offering hiking and biking opportunities directly from the house. Just a 3-minute walk from the bus and the Nordkette cable car, which takes you to the city center or the Nordkette mountain range (snow park and single trail) in just a few minutes, or there's a direct bus connection to the Patscherkofel ski and hiking area. From there, you can also continue to Kühthai. Lake Piburg and Area 47 can each be reached in 15 minutes. Distance from Innsbruck: 30 minutes on the highway! In summer there is also a barbecue area in the garden, including a garden house and deck chairs.

Mein Haus befindet sich 3km oberhalb der Stadt Schwaz, 30km östlich von Innsbruck, der Landeshauptstadt von Tirol. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett - Breite 1,55m - und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - Breite 90cm), einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Terrasse. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.

Schönwies is a small, quiet place with 2 grocery stores, a train station, close to a shopping center, cinema, etc.

Linens and towels are provided. The garden is at your disposal for shared use. The apartment is designed for 2 people.

The cozy 1-room apartment is about 25 square meters, has a living room-bedroom and a bathroom with shower/toilet. It was newly renovated in 2022. There is no separate kitchen, so no cooking facilities, but there is a refrigerator, coffee machine, dishes and kettle. The apartment exudes a "feel-good character" with beautiful furniture and harmonious light.

The apartment "Brunnenhaus," a NON-SMOKING house, 120 square meters, is one of two halves of a lovingly restored farmhouse, Klammer Hof, from the 19th century with the most modern comforts. It is in a unique secluded location and offers everything for a feel-good holiday in the beautiful alpine landscape of Tyrol.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
