Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ocean View

This is our second time staying here and it was even better than the first!!! Wonderful upgrades to the kitchen and loved the addition of the Roku TV’s allowing me to play my Spotify “Beach Vibe” playlist while we hung out after a day at the beach! Our son, who was two last time we stayed here, got to sleep in the “big boy bed” for the first time and found it just perfect! We also had my mother in law along this time. She’s spent many years staying at places at Bethany and has very discerning tastes. She said this place was her favorite! Can’t wait to come back again!

Absolutely amazing! First time in Bethany and I will be back! Madison was so kind and responsive. The unit was amazing and I was able to relax and decompress. I was so sad to have to leave!

This cottage is absolutely beautiful! Perfect for a couple or family. Honestly it’s so much nicer than the pictures, it’s bigger than I thought. Such a clean place to stay also. The deck is absolutely beautiful, we sat out there every morning and evening and watched deer! They even had a water bowl for our fur baby. It is so close to ocean city and Bethany beach!. You will not be sorry staying here, I’ll just say that!! Thank you Jay for letting us stay at the Lighthouse Cottage, we will always Remember our experience there, we will be back!❤️

My stay at Jennifer’s place was nothing short of amazing! The place itself is fantastic -super clean in every room, very tastefully decorated without being too much and very spacious on the inside. The beds are super comfy-best sleep I’ve had in a long time. And if you’re staying in the middle bedroom, the shades are amazing and barely let any sun in so it’s very easy to sleep in. The kitchen is fully stocked for all basic needs so nothing extra to pack there. One of my favorite parts of the house was the sun room off the kitchen/living room-if you take your cup of coffee out there and open the blinds up it is a fantastic way to start the day! There are also plenty of games and a comfy couch for rainy day activities. The bikes and beach chairs in the garage are a very nice touch, all are in excellent condition and it’s a very nice area to bike around. The pool is great for lounging and everyone there was pleasant! There is a brewery down the street that we walked to that was super fun!

We had a wonderful stay, the weather was gloomy but the Airbnb had games and other stuff to keep us occupied. The place was very clean and just how it looks in the pictures.

Everything was as described. Ian communicated helpful information at ideal times. Check in and check out were super easy!

We had a wonderful time at this vacation home in Ocean View, DE! The house was clean, cozy, and just a short drive to beautiful Bethany Beach. Terry was a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!

This house is ideal for getting away from home and relaxing. Everything (descriptions, pictures, etc.) stated in the AirBnb post was right on point. It is just far enough away , from the hustle and bustle of the beach scene, but within minutes of all the excitement. This was our second year renting and we will do so, in the future. It felt like home away from home.

I would say my wife and I are Airbnb snobs — and sometimes one place(and host) is just a standout that I feel like I have to leave a review. This was just hassle-free, exactly what it said it was, and perfectly managed by the hosts. We had a car but opted to use the bus — and even went to Rehobeth Beach one of our days. So this is a great place to experience all that the area offers.

We really loved our stay, so much so that we're already talking about returning next year! The owners were super communicative and helpful, the place was perfect for our family of four, the location across from a great pool and tennis courts could not be beat, parking was easy, and everything was clean and clearly marked. The loft was perfect for my 7yo, and my 3yo has probably never slept better. The washer/dryer were great and came in really handy, and having two bathtubs was really great for bathing two kids at once. The two different porches are a really lovely touch, and all the beds were comfortable and bath towels plentiful. Truly can't say enough good about it!

We were in town to see a concert at the Milton Theater. This place is a great location to walk to the theater. It is very clean with great amenities. The snacks were a bonus! Alene gave us instructions to the beach we could drive on! Super great stay and would stay again!

Had an amazing time at this beautiful beachfront Airbnb. The location couldn’t have been better, literally steps from the sand with stunning ocean views right from the balcony. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind by the water.

This place is lovely! It is a little bit of a walk to the beach, but it's a perfect distance to most of the boardwalk area. The place is well-maintained and thoughtfully furnished. I would stay here again.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time staying here. It is so close to everything so we were able to shoot over to the beach at a moments notice. Patty provided an incredible amount of food recommendations as well as information for events that were going on. I highly recommend spending some time visiting the town of Lewis and watching a sunset at Savanah Beach.

Perfect location just minutes away from the Beach. Comfortable and Cozy space well suited for a relaxing time while in town. Thanks Brad!

Donna was such a kind and amazing host! She knew we were coming in the rain and had already unlocked the door for us so we could just get inside without getting soaking wet. She was always very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. We had a lovely experience getting to stay in a peaceful and quiet area as well. It was great, and we would definitely go back.

Love staying at Marie's condo in Sea Colony. This was the first time that we were in Bethany Beach in early May in many years. It was fun seeing the community get ready for the upcoming season. Marie is proactive and responsive. Her place is perfect for 2 people. :)

Debbie was very easy to communicate with and the place was great, views were amazing. Furniture was comfortable and she had great information on the complex and the amenities. We brought our own coffee maker she had a Kuerig , we prefer drip. The place has all you need we were just two but plenty of room for more Thank you again.

James was an amazing host. He was responsive, helpful, and kind. The condo was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family. The neighbors were also very kind and welcoming. My children loved the pool and walking the bay. The views were second to none and the location was perfect since it was minutes away from restaurants, stores, and Bethany beach. We will definitely be booking again!

Always a great stay here! Love that everything is ready for us when we get there, lots of good games and night time books for kids, bikes for grownups is awesome, and easy to walk to beach or town!

Brandy’s place was very nice! It was very clean and orderly and had great amenities and supplies. It was very modern and I felt very comfortable and safe there. Brandy was very responsive, courteous, and easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to book her place again if I ever go back.

This beautiful condo has a balcony view of the ocean, is away from the hustle of OC but close enough to enjoy the fun, and has semi-private beach access that makes for a great trip. We appreciated all the amenities and the cleanliness of the house. We’ll definitely be looking out for this place again next time we’re in town!

Bryan is super responsive and easy to communicate with. He notified us of detailed check in and check out instructions. He then checked in on us towards the end of the trip to make sure all of our expectations were met; to which they were. This condo is exactly as described in the listing and pictures. It’s clean and cozy. The view from the bedroom is unmatched. The location is perfect in a sense that it’s not too close to the boardwalk, making the area a little more quiet, but also within 10 mins to the best restaurants and bars. The staff at the condo and even other guests were friendly and courteous. If you’re afraid of heights, this might not be the best place to stay for you, but as I previously mentioned, the view from the master bedroom can’t be beat. That view alone, would have us stay again. I would definitely recommend this stay to others.
