Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ocean View

Jennifer's home was perfect for an Ocean City getaway. We used it as a home base for a golf trip and it was great. Peaceful spot on the marsh with a fire pit and dock was perfect for coffee in the morning and beers in the evening. Big windows looked out at the water for lots of natural light. Centrally located to golf courses, the casino, and beach with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. No linens or towels are provided, but she is up front about that, so you just need to plan accordingly. Jennifer was always responsive and helpful. Definitely worth it for an Ocean City trip!

Everything about this place was amazing from the decor to the cleanliness to the views and to the response from a little plumbing issue. Would definitely recommend and return.

Absolutely amazing! First time in Bethany and I will be back! Madison was so kind and responsive. The unit was amazing and I was able to relax and decompress. I was so sad to have to leave!

Perfect peaceful getaway close to the beaches in Delaware. Also, not too far from Ocean city, MD. House was clean, free of clutter. Our kids loved the play area outside, especially the spider web swing was fun for us all. Camp fire area outside the house was lovely too! The shed had many useful things for the beach like chairs, mats, kids beach toys etc. Beth was proactive, sent us clear instructions and was very responsive. Amenities in the houseful were very helpful and made our stay comfortable. Only things missing were some essentials like bath soap and sugar in the kitchen. And it is recommended to get Spring water bottles - the tap water tasted a bit unusual. Overall, a very nice place to spend your vacation close to the beach.

From the first message to the last, Scott was a fantastic host. The place was immaculate, and the amenities were perfect. Perfectly located near the beach, restaurants, stores. Pet friendly was a super plus! We were able to bring our elderly dog to create some fantastic memories! We felt truly taken care of. Thanks for a wonderful experience! Will def be coming back! This was a Very beautiful home. I would love to come back again. Mr Ernest was one of the best host I came across. He was very attentive and made everything so easy. The house is so spacious enough for my guests. They loved it. And Thank you again Mr Ernest for the recommendation for the restaurant Fagers Island in Ocean City, MD. The food was phenomenal and then we danced to the live band/then a DJ. It was my birthday and we had a blast. And the house was not too far from Ocean City. That’s were everything is. What stood out for me was the nice size kitchen and the bed rooms were decent size. I didn’t get a chance to use the pools or clubhouse but they looked very nice. I want to say . Thank you again for the use of your AirBnB. I truly had a great time.

We appreciated the responsiveness of our hosts and loved the location of the place. Bill gave us plenty of supplies and items that we could use. It was helpful to be able to borrow items such as beach chairs. Hosts were very accommodating with additional requests.

We really loved our stay, so much so that we're already talking about returning next year! The owners were super communicative and helpful, the place was perfect for our family of four, the location across from a great pool and tennis courts could not be beat, parking was easy, and everything was clean and clearly marked. The loft was perfect for my 7yo, and my 3yo has probably never slept better. The washer/dryer were great and came in really handy, and having two bathtubs was really great for bathing two kids at once. The two different porches are a really lovely touch, and all the beds were comfortable and bath towels plentiful. Truly can't say enough good about it!

We were in town to see a concert at the Milton Theater. This place is a great location to walk to the theater. It is very clean with great amenities. The snacks were a bonus! Alene gave us instructions to the beach we could drive on! Super great stay and would stay again!

Had an amazing time at this beautiful beachfront Airbnb. The location couldn’t have been better, literally steps from the sand with stunning ocean views right from the balcony. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time staying here. It is so close to everything so we were able to shoot over to the beach at a moments notice. Patty provided an incredible amount of food recommendations as well as information for events that were going on. I highly recommend spending some time visiting the town of Lewis and watching a sunset at Savanah Beach.

Really enjoyed our stay at Stephanie's. Awesome condo that was clean, comfortable and roomy. Wonderful views from Living Room, Balcony and Master Bedroom. Close enough to the water to hear the waves breaking. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Definitely hope to be back!

We had a great time at Seth’s place. The location was perfect, quiet but still plenty to do. Easy beach access and clear directions for everything. Watched dolphins from the balcony and loved hearing the waves.

This is my second time staying at this AirbnB and it did not disappoint. The place is super clean, and has an incredible view and location. Key is that if you love the Boardwalk, love the sunrises (5:30 am in the summer), this is the place to be. Perfect for two people who want to cook some meals and be on the balcony facing the ocean, all the time. The hosts are great. Five stars, no equivocation.

Bryan is super responsive and easy to communicate with. He notified us of detailed check in and check out instructions. He then checked in on us towards the end of the trip to make sure all of our expectations were met; to which they were. This condo is exactly as described in the listing and pictures. It’s clean and cozy. The view from the bedroom is unmatched. The location is perfect in a sense that it’s not too close to the boardwalk, making the area a little more quiet, but also within 10 mins to the best restaurants and bars. The staff at the condo and even other guests were friendly and courteous. If you’re afraid of heights, this might not be the best place to stay for you, but as I previously mentioned, the view from the master bedroom can’t be beat. That view alone, would have us stay again. I would definitely recommend this stay to others.

Me and my family had a great time staying here! The condo was clean and comfortable. It’s close to a bunch of stores, restaurants, attractions, and bike trails. Only potential downside is that it was on the third floor- we surely got our steps in. Would stay here again 😊
