House vacation rentals in Ocean Isle Beach

First off. She is one of the sweetest host you will talk to. She offered early check in. The House looked just like photos and more. Loved that she had gates on deck for safety with little kids. The pool was great and loved the short walk to the beach. Very peaceful neighborhood. She had tons of beach chairs and pool floats. We will be back. This was one of our favorite places

My family and I had a wonderful time while staying at this house on vacation! The house is beautiful, well taken care of, and makes you feel right at home. Elizabeth is so kind and thoughtful. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. I could not recommend this house more!! The views off the back deck overlooking the marsh are stunning. Our family loved the heated pool, and the driveway was big enough to fit all our vehicles plus our fishing boat! Elizabeth has thought of everything with this house. We would stay here over and over again!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a full month and absolutely loved it. The space had everything we needed for our long stay, and the location was incredible — safe, quiet, walkable, and full of amenities. With pickleball/tennis courts, the beach, pools, and the gym, we always had something to do. The hosts provided a TON of recommendations, which were greatly appreciated, plus beach chairs, a beach umbrella & two beach towels. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at POSH! Location is incredible and the easiest quick walk to the beach (just across the street is the beach access). House is exactly as described and perfect for family gatherings - multiple fridges and dishwashers. The home was clean and well equipped. The private pool was great as well. Kerry was so responsive and kind. We will absolutely be rebooking this property again!

Jean’s Conch Cottage was a fantastic place for our family vacation! Bedrooms were spacious, entire place was squeaky clean, great location (only 2 blocks from the beach) and overall fantastic communication and recommendations from Jean. Amenities worked well and basic cleaning supplies were provided which helped keep everything clean. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend for any group or family looking for a great spot near the beach!

This is our second visit in this beautiful house. Everything you need for small kids and the island is one of our favorite places! Great hosts! Great house! We will be back.

Our family of twelve rented this property the first week in June with high expectations - all of which were met. The hosts responded immediately to a couple of questions and minor requests, and made sure we knew they were available should we need anything. The house was equipped with everything and more than you would need for a comfortable stay. The pool area was fantastic! The decks were a great place to hang out with comfortable seating and wonderful ocean views. Most importantly, the water pressure was great, the AC worked like a charm, and the mattresses were comfortable. There was an easy 5-minute walk to the beach and beach chairs were supplied. This house is located on the quiet end of the island and was nice for evening walks. The living area was on the top floor and featured more comfortable seating for visiting, playing games, watching TV, and family meals. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to a repeat visit!

Everything was as described. Michaela and Alex’s place was clean and easily accessible to the beach. We even placed our 25ft tritoon on the dock throughout the week with zero issues! We did have a little mishap with the pool heater but they were quick to respond and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay! Plan on staying here again.

We stayed at Lynn’s house in OIB for a family vacation. The home is one of the nicest we have stayed at in this price range. Everything was very clean and as pictured. The boys loved fishing on the dock in the mornings and evenings. I especially appreciated all of the amenities for infants/toddlers. We needed to touch base with Lynn about a couple of things during our stay and she was always very responsive and friendly. We will definitely stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

We absolutely love Alma house!! This is our second year staying here and it never disappoints. We even saw our deer again this year. The place has something for everyone. We brought the boat this year due to the abundance of parking and it just added an additional layer of fun for the whole family. Alma House feels like home away from home to us. The beach is our happy place but we absolutely love the story of Alma House and Indra is a fantastic host. We wouldn’t change a thing!! See ya next year OIB!!

Great location, within walking distance to the beach. Perfect house for a small group. You have the General Store and Beach Shop across the street.

We contacted Kelly prior to booking to make sure it met all the requirements of the people staying with us, and we were glad that it did. Kelly was very responsive from prior to booking all the way through checkout! It was nice to bring our dog and have a large crate, dog toys, and food bowls already at the house for our dog to use. The bed in the room that I used (upstairs king bed) was so comfortable, and my kids really enjoyed the game closet and books available at the house. The house is about 7 houses away from the beach access (4-5 minute walk). It was an easy walk and the cart with large wheels at the house made it really easy to get to the beach each day. The pier is also really nice, and it is just 4 or so houses away. My kids and dad enjoyed fishing a couple of days while we were there. Overall, the house is a great location, and we really enjoyed our visit to Holden Beach.

My family and I had the best time at Shawn and Jennifer’s beautiful beach home. We actually had another home booked but did not meet our cleanly expectations with 3 toddlers that would be running around. We booked with Shawn and Jennifer late one evening after leaving the original place and they immediately responded and had us all set up for our stay. Everything was perfect and VERY clean and we all enjoyed putting putt! They thought of everything that guest could possibly need. We could not have asked for better host! Thank you so much, Shawn and Jennifer!

This place is the epitome of peace. Highly recommend this property for so many reasons - great location right off main highway, beautiful view with steps to the beach, nice accomodations with thoughtful touches and best of all, very sweet and helpful hosts, Robert and Emeric. Would love to return and stay longer.

Great! Everything was wonderful and as expected. Perfect for our family! As other people have said, there a lot of stairs- so not ideal for elderly people.

Fantastic location!! Three minute walk to the beach, near the general store, short drive to the restaurants. The perfect location in Holden Beach. The house is nice. The backyard on the canal was a great place to hangout in the evening. We would stay here again!

I can’t say enough about the home and our stay. Everything was so clean and super organized. Home was well stocked ( but not cluttered) which made our stay that much more pleasant. Quality kitchenware which has been well maintained and useable. (Nothing worse than a worn out nonstick pan). We can’t remember the last time we were so relaxed. The river is so beautiful and the quiet lent itself to serene afternoons and evenings. Enjoyed long walks with the pup along the road which has a 10mph speed limit, so no concerns about getting run over. It was perfect!! A little piece of paradise.

Beautiful, squeaky clean home with a gorgeous view and direct access to the beach. The beds were super comfortable and there is plenty of space for everyone to have a bit of privacy. Charli was super responsive and very helpful. Definitely recommend!

This is a wonderful home for your beach vacation! The house was extremely clean, very well decorated, and matched the photos. We enjoyed the views of the ocean and short walk to the beach access. The marsh views are also beautiful and the back deck over looking the marsh was so peaceful. We really loved the beach equipment and beach cart that was available for guests to use.

The hosts equipped the kitchen with everything you could possibly need, the bath towels were plentiful, the games & puzzle cabinet packed full, and plenty of comfortable casual seating for a large group both inside and out. Roku TV loaded with the most common streaming service apps so bring your sign ins and passwords since there is no antenna/over-the-air network channels. Nothing as nice as being able to walk a direct path from the deck to the beach via the home’s private wooden walkway over the dune.

We had an amazing time at Jaime‘s place! Everything was in perfect order and the floor plan worked super well for two couples to stay with great comfort, privacy and amenities. The beach out front was super awesome and big enough to fly a kite in and also enjoy the beach. Local restaurants are so fun and good service. Very family friendly places too! We had enjoyable delicious meals and a great time overall!
