Beautiful house and amazing location. Could walk to the beach, coffee shop, boutiques and fish and chips with ease. Will definitely stay again!

private grounds with beach and Inlet. almost feel like we had the whole place to ourselves. the house is within a large private compound, with a small lake, some wild animals and a few walking trail. you can walk about 2 km to a private beach view access. kitchen is large and there are 2 dining tables, separate living and tv area. we also has the chance to see the some kangaroos on the 600+ acre property. absolutely beautiful place. expect privacy and quiet solitude. great for large groups. the place is a little dated and old, but clean and well maintained. everything's in working condition and well equipped kitchen. about 25 to 30mins drive to Albany town centre.

Great location. Close enough to town but far enough out to feel like you're one with nature.

Great location. Although it rained nearly our entire stay, there was plenty of space to spend time in the apartment.

Lorraine & Frank & the Karma Chalets team were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The Chalet was extremely clean and had everything you need during your stay. My wife liked the little touches including bird seed for the bird feeder. Set in a quiet location among Karri trees, a nice location 14kms from Greens Pool & Elephants Rocks at Williams Bay. As host we are aware of the time and effort that is taken to enable guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay and appreciate all the work and effort that the Karma Chalet team undertaken. We really enjoyed staying at Maree's place. The home was welcoming from the moment we arrived to the beautiful views, comfortable home, easy access park to walk our dog, we really couldn't fault our stay. Will certainly look to come back and if anything stay longer.

If you’re looking for a home from home, that’s secluded, peaceful and cosy then book with confidence. The house is gorgeous, beds are incredibly comfortable and only a short 5min drive into Denmark itself. We stayed there with my grandparents, my kids and my dog - it catered to everyone’s needs!

We loved Jennifer's place. Excellent location and perfect for three families with kids. The kids loved staying the loft. Plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing and Emu Point is an amazing place to stay.

We had a great stay here with our dogs. The house is very clean and has all the facilities that you need on a relaxed holiday. The back veranda is spacious and is a good, sheltered place to enjoy the views of the natural environment and wildlife. It is close to the Prawn Rock Channel which you can walk to very easily from the house, and to other beaches such as Ocean Beach and Lights Beach which are just a short car journey.

We had a wonderful one-night stay with our big family of 10! The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The kitchen and common areas were perfect for a group our size, and everyone felt comfortable and welcome. Would definitely recommend for families or groups looking for a short or long, hassle-free stay!

We had a great stay. Middleton Beach is stunning and the large backyard is great for kids (or pets if you have them)! Easy to walk down to the beachfront and for coffee. Clean, tidy & good amenities.

A lovely, peaceful house. Close to Green's Pool and Lights Beach and Monkey Rock and all the wineries. Wonderfully thoughtfully decorated (see for yourself). Excellent pot belly fire. Verandah to sit on and enjoy the view. Our border collie loved all the space. Reverse cycle aircon. Kitchen with everything you need to cook a feast. Whole home superbly organised: you can find scissors, BBQ tools, food scales, potato peeler when you need them. Excellent library, CD and DVD collection. Bathrooms are modern, loved the small touches

Welcoming from the very beginning. The location is fantastic and walkable to the main streets. The house has so much character and you can feel the time and love that has been poured into it. Perfect place to retreat to. Loved the hens! Can't wait to return again.

I had a wonderful stay at Vanda’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Vanda was a thoughtful and responsive host, making check-in and communication easy. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great stay at Galina’s place. Entry was easy according to instructions. Most importantly it was steps away from Goode Beach where we enjoyed many sunrise and sunset walks. Close to nearby spots such as the Gap, Whaling Station and the Wind Farm.

Best place to live in Albany. Super convenient with lots of amenities provide in the apartment, near shopping area and sight seeing spots.

Lotti’s place is a gorgeous cottage with amazing views, comfy beds, spotlessly clean & in a fabulous location with all that the beautiful town of Albany has to offer right on your doorstep

A true home away from home. Very comfortable lounges, chairs, beds. Every need catered for abundantly above and beyond expectations. I hope we can enjoy Gwen’s place again soon. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise. Much appreciated.

Natalya was a great host and was very easy to contact. The house is superb, close to everything that you need. We loved sitting on the verandah watching the world go by, particularly in the late afternoon (this was a favorite of ours). It is a very quiet neighborhood, lovely host and beautiful old character house. What more could you ask for.
