The little Studio ( Granny Flat ) is located at the back of our property right in town within walking distance to city center and to the Foreshore. The small Studio has a queen size bed, kitchenette for basic cooking and its own en suite. It has a separate entrance from main house, but shares the backyard. We are still in the construction phase of the shed / backyard veranda , so please excuse the little mess in the backyard atm.

This was the perfect place for our four days in Esperance Tanita was extremely kind and helpful from the time of making the reservation until checkout.

Very beautiful, clean and thoughtfully designed house. Awesome location with shops and a supermarket nearby. Matt has been responsive and very helpful when we experienced problems with the dishwasher, kettle and tv, and took the effort to drop by the house to fix the appliances. If you’re here in Esperance, this is definitely a house that’s worth staying!

The Lily pad is such a great place to stay. To wake up every morning to the sounds of animals was so peaceful. Accommodation was just as great. Clean and lots of space with everything you need. We are very impressed. This was a spur of the moment booking and although the owners had other plans, they changed it to accommodate us. Thank you Karen. Will be visiting again.

We loved our stay. The location was superb and it was awesome going to sleep listening to the crashing waves every night. The house was very spacious and beds comfortable. We would stay again for sure :)
