Townhome vacation rentals in Ocean Beach, San Diego

This home was perfect for our big family! We were attending a wedding on Mission Beach and the location was amazing. Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, and (Vons I think?) were within a few min walk from the house. The two provided parking spots made for easy parking. The kitchen was well stocked, the home impeccably clean, and from the room I slept in on the top floor I didn’t hear a sound from the teenagers staying up late downstairs. It is across the street from a middle school, so be aware there will be school sounds, but only during the day. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely choose this home again.

Hector’s place was very well located, well stocked with what you might need in the kitchen to comfortable beds and ample “hang out space”. The roof deck is a welcome extra to be able to sit outside in a private area. Located about 3 blocks from the beach and just a few steps from multiple food places, it met our needs perfectly! Thank you Hector for being so responsive as well!

We enjoyed our stay. Beach and Bay walking distance. Good casual restaurants nearby. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

Location location location. Walkable to all of Little Italy. Bed was probably the most comfortable Airbnb/hotel bed I’ve stayed on. Modern, bathroom is updated. It’s on a busy street but insulation is solid so you can’t hear much after 10pm when things die down. We’ve stayed at other Airbnbs in this area where you can hear every conversation or car passing by so it was nice to have silence when we were ready to turn in. No central ac but there is a built in portable ac unit that is very effective. We’ll def come again

We had a lovely time celebrating graduation and Father’s Day at Teresa‘s AirBnb! It was very spacious, had a full kitchen, and all the amenities we needed for the perfect visit. The location is perfect, with plenty of places to dine & shop! And Teresa was very quick in responding to messages! We can’t thank her enough for being the perfect host!!

Everything about this location and stay was amazing! My favorite part was how clean this space was. It was great stay for me and my family. The ONLY thing that we didn’t like was how hard the master bedroom bed was.

Beautiful location just a short walk to the beach! Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We felt very welcomed by the host who checked in with us to make sure all was going well. Any questions we had were responded to asap! Would definitely stay again.

This townhome was so lovely and just as described. 1 & 1/2 blocks from the beach! Lots of great coffee/breakfast shops nearby. Wonderful host! Quick response and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend staying here!!

We had the best time for our girls’ reunion in San Diego! The home looks just like the pictures - fresh, clean, and nicely kept. Location is great, super walkable! You’re steps away from the bay on one aside, and from the beach on the other side. The garage is tight, but doable! Very family friendly. The garage has beach toys, chairs, surf boards, and even a stroller surprisingly! And saying that the team was attentive and proactive is truly an understatement. They went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. We had some issues/questions about the dining table, AC, and fire pit. They were seriously addressed within 15 minutes! The team responded and took whatever necessary action so promptly! I highly recommend this home for your next vacation! Thank you again for making our stay so memorable!

Megan's San Diego AirBnB was the perfect home away from home! From when we arrived to when we left we felt very comfortable. The property was extremely clean and easy to navigate, and had everything we needed for our weekend. The property is located about a 10 minute walk from the beach and cute shops, bars, restaurants along pacific beach. Would highly recommend Megan's property!

This was a great place to stay to enjoy Mission Beach and Mission Bay. The house was loaded and perfect and the location couldn't have been better. The hosts were awesome and super accommodating and responsive. We stay near here every year and we will for sure stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and spacious. Had a few nice touches like extra fans and bedding. Very centrally-located to everything we wanted to do, and a short walk from coffee shops and restaurants. It's a townhouse so you do share walls with neighbors who you can occasionally hear. But overall we loved staying here!

Great and clean place in a convenient location! Close to downtown and balboa park. We enjoyed watching the airplanes fly in, the noise was not a bother at all. We will definitely be back!

Mission Beach was a great destination for a long weekend, and the home was perfect. The owners were very responsive, offering lots of good local recommendations and communicating with us during our stay to ensure we had a great weekend.

We enjoyed our stay at Brian’s place. The house had everything you need. We had our 18 month old daughter with us and the rental has a pack n play that we used for her to sleep in. Everything worked fine and she slept good. The biggest sticking point was very strict check out time. We were loading the car and did check out 30 mins late (Everything takes longer with an 18 month old). Received multiple messages from the owner about leaving and checking out while we were loading the car.

Great stay! Cute, clean, and perfect. It had everything we were looking for and needed. A little yard for our dogs, which is one of the main things we wanted. Close to the beach and walkable to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect—it's located slightly outside of downtown San Diego, so we were able to enjoy a peaceful stay without dealing with traffic. At the same time, it’s still close enough to the city that getting to any major attractions was easy and convenient. The home looked exactly like the photos—clean, spacious, and well maintained. The host was quick to respond and very helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Note that the master and medium-sized bedrooms are on the second floor, while the smaller bedroom is on the lower level, which might be good to keep in mind when booking. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which made it really convenient for our group. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting San Diego!
