This place was spectacular!! The beach toy room was awesome and it was truly right on the beach!! The host was amazing and we will definitely stay there again!

My daughter and I spent time here in a girls trip. The condo was gorgeous inside and the view was incredible. It was so peaceful to listen to the waves crash as I fell asleep. We hope to be back!

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. So close to the beach and lots of great food and fun in walking distance!

We had a great stay! loved the patio and being able to enjoy a view of the ocean. walkable to resteraunts and shopping and having a dedicated parking spot is great! Would definitely recommend staying !

Loved the location of this home! It also was very clean and comfortable. We had a 9-month old with us and it was really nice to see a high chair for us to use. There is also a closet full of beach items! But unfortunately it was a little too chilly for us to go to the beach which is steps away from the house. There’s also lots of restaurants walking distance which was very convenient. Only one parking spot but we were able to park our second car on the street, just watch the signs for parking restrictions. We loved this home and hope to stay here again!

Chris did a great job making sure we were able to enter and we were happy. The place was spotless, newly renovated with the latest designs and literally right on the beach and boardwalk with incredible views! I highly recommend the home and PB in general!!

Great location on Mission Beach. Emmy's book of local suggestions was great for finding good food in the area. Centrally located to all different San Diego attractions which was great. Loved the beach being right outside the door as well as the ability to walk all around Mission Beach. My family and I even walked to Pacific beach. Emmy was wonderful with checking in on my family. I would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend! The host, Doug, is very responsive and helpful. The place is clean and spacious, with a great view, great location, tons of empty drawers, shelves, cabinets to unpack everything you want. Use of half a secured garage was key for us as we had very expensive race bikes to work on and store while not riding/training/racing. If you're a casual cyclist there are 4 recreational bikes in the garage for guest use. And boogey boards. Plus a separate covered parking space. And it's reasonably priced. Nothing negative to say about this home. Thank you, Doug!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, the location was amazing and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay! The balcony is the best part with amazing views of the ocean and you can catch dolphins swimming! Highly recommend.

Perfectly located on a quiet street with convenient access to the highways and a gorgeous view of a nearby beach. The condo was exactly as described, spacious, clean, fully equipped and the parking garage was an added plus. We were in town for a wedding and did not have a chance to use the pool area but it was an absolute joy to see the ocean each morning from the balcony. It was a great stay and we hope to return!

Amazing location and access to the beach. The unit had everything we needed for our family to enjoy a weekend including a fully stocked kitchen, beach gear and extra towels. We would recommend to anyone looking for a simple and beautiful stay in Carlsbad.

Andrea was an amazing host! Very responsive and accommodating throughout my month long stay. The condo is very cozy and in the perfect location within Solana. Great amenities and very friendly neighbors. 10/10 - will definitely be booking again in the future.

We were in town for a wedding. Even though we spent little time at the apartment, it was very accommodating and well appointed for our trip. Love that area so much. We loved being able to take walks to the beach, parks and dining. Gina was great! Very responsive and accommodating.

Loved our stay. Plenty of space. Made great use of the wagon, beach chairs and boogie board. Swimming pools were so warm and hot tubs were so relaxing. Great beach not too busy, not too quiet. Would definitely stay again.

The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic! Great communication from the Airbnb host. Would recommend using Google maps to find the condo since Apple maps takes you to the alleyway. The master bedroom on the third floor is significantly hotter than the other rooms, even with the AC on, but it wasn't terrible.

If you are looking for an ocean view, this is an amazing place! Third floor unit (stairs and elevator) provides a great view of the ocean across Ellen Browning Scripps Park. Open the windows and let the ocean sound in. Very walkable to downtown and all the shops and restaurants. Unit was in good condition and very clean. Michael was very responsive. Just a word on parking... I drive a 2023 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab, which is a very large vehicle. Based on some of the reviews, I was a bit worried about parking in an below grade garage. This location is really simple. Basically you pull straight in and back straight out of the stall. No turns. The truck fit better when I backed it in, but there is no problem parking a larger vehicle. I hope that is helpful. We had a wonderful time.

We had an amazing time during our recent stay! Having the sliding glass doors opened and sitting out on the patio with the amazing view was the best part of our stay! The place is compact but has everything you need, not a ton of bathroom privacy FYI, but we made it work. Communication was amazing and lightening quick. We also loved that bike & beach gear rental was included. High walkability to bars, shops, and restaurants! Just book it!
