The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.

In the nature park and refurbished

The cozy apartment was refurbished in 2023 and offers modern technology in the smallest space. Need a workspace in between? Both desk and 1,000 Mbps Internet connection via Wi-Fi or wired are available. Use the excellent location for an idyllic walk to clear your head. Signposted bicycle paths can also be explored by bicycle. A large terrace is available for shared use in the large garden.

In this cozy attic apartment you will spend a great time. The apartment is more suitable for little people, as the door frames are between 180 and 190 cm high. It has a 160 wide comfortable bed, a small kitchen with oven and a shower with toilet and sink for yourself. In the living room with TV, there is a sofa bed in case you don't want to sleep a couple since and in separate rooms.
