The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. Sheila is a wonderful host. Absolutely preferred. The house is as complete as it shows. Friendly and easy to talk to. Although the neighborhood where the house is located is not very close to Vienna, it is a peaceful place half an hour away. The view from the balcony is great. Quiet, cozy, small garden house with a piano, a guitar and an oud and overall good amenities (dishwasher, hotplate, TV, Wi-Fi, etc.)! Strombad Kritzendorf is within walking distance, and Museum Gugging can be reached via a beautiful walking/hiking route. Very dear host who responds quickly and helpfully. When arriving, note that there are two instances of the same street name in the area. So, it's best to enter the address with the correct zip code in the navigation system. :)

It just doesn't get any better, it's exactly because of such accommodations that Airbnb is attractive. The communication with Bettina and Werner in advance was very friendly and they even agreed that we could check in 45 minutes earlier to arrive in time for the wedding to which we were invited. The accommodation itself is even more beautiful than in the photos, an insanely beautiful, charming and extraordinary villa in the Weinviertel - one of the best value for money I have ever seen. Will come again any time, highly recommended!!

We were absolutely delighted! Everything was so beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail — you can really tell that the place was designed with the comfort of guests in mind. We had such a great time: grilled some delicious barbecue, enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, and the kids had a blast swimming in the pool. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. We’d love to come back again!

Unfortunately, we only spent 1 night there on our Danube bike tour. The apartment is super nice, large, modern and very clean. You could stay here very well for a long time. It even has a bike storage. You can't hear anything from the train station, the house is generally very quiet. In the immediate vicinity is a Billa and a bakery is within walking distance in the train station. It is a maximum of 5 minutes by bike to the center. Communication with Jonny was also great, he is very nice and friendly and always responded immediately. We felt completely comfortable and can recommend the apartment 100% :-)

Karin is a helpful host who responds quickly to inquiries. The accommodation is a small tiny house on 2 levels, a former railway station house. Since tiny houses are promoted by many as a new lifestyle, I found it very interesting to have such an experience. Thank you Karin for your hospitality.
