The apartment is located on a hillside location with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are in a hanging location, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise, hardly a car drives directly past the house as we are the penultimate house in a cul-de-sac.

We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. Our house is on the outskirts of the village center. A big old birch is the landmark in our garden.
