Beautiful place in a great location. Easy check-in and out. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for around 2 months over the winter season, using the apartment as a base to travel around Austria. The apartment is perfect for a couple, with plenty of space for 2 and a well finished kitchen. The apartment is also bigger than it looks in the photos, which is an added bonus. The apartment has a beautiful view over the valley, and is close to a bus stop which can take you all the way down the valley from Hopfgarten to Kitzbühel, or back to Wörgl station, which is very well connected, letting you travel throughout the Tirol region easily. Birgit was very friendly and helpful, always willing to be flexible with us, and made us feel right at home! She helped us sort out any issues we had and helped us to settle in the local area. We would definitely come back!

Unser Kurzurlaub bei Gabriele (und Pavel) war einfach großartig. Unsere kleinen "Problemchen" wie Wespennester, ungebetene Poolbesucher oder ausgesperrte Nachbarn waren jedesmal innerhalb kürzester Zeit erledigt, bei Fragen gab es im Handumdrehen Antwort und alles waren ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Appartement war sauber, mit allem was man braucht. Das Highlight: quasi vom Bett in den Pool....Wir kommen SICHER wieder!

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Lodge „Auszeit“ und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Unterkunft ist super nah an den Ski-Gebieten gelegen und liegt an einer wunderschönen weitläufigen Wiese mit Berg. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum und die Unterkunft ist komplett ausgestattet, sowohl das Wohnzimmer, die Bade- und Schlafzimmern, als auch die Küche. Es steckt sehr viel Liebe im Detail und die Gastgeberin Daniela ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Nicht zu vergessen ist die Sauna, in der man nach einem sportlichen Tag wunderbar entspannen kann, auch hier lohnt sich der Blick nach draußen für eine unglaubliche Aussicht. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und können es kaum erwarten, wieder zu kommen!

Wir 5 Radler haben eine Nacht in der attraktiven Wohnung mit dem Wahnsinnsbergblick verbracht, zogen ein paar Bahnen im hauseigenen Schwimmbad und bestellten Pizza "nach Hause", um möglichst lang aus dem Fenster schauen zu können. Die Check-in-Details sind sehr gut beschrieben, das Apartment ist super sauber, wir haben nichts vermisst. Zudem gelangt man von dort auf kurzem und autofreiem Weg an den Königssee.

Great apartment, only 3-5mins walk to the cathedral and right by access to the castle. The apartment was spacious, quiet, had great amenities (including access to a washing machine and dryer). Our host was responsive to all questions and his instructions were clear and easy to follow for check-in. A folder of local info would have been useful, but overall a great stay and a great host.

Die Wohnung von Renate und Hermann ist wirklich toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Umgebung ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants… Und dennoch ist es sehr idyllisch direkt am Bach gelegen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir wurden freundlichst empfangen, die Gastgeber hatten sogar für uns eingekauft. Es fehlte uns an nichts! Die Wohnung war riesig, Bilder und Fotos wirklich zutreffend und wie schon gesagt, besonders sauber und vollkommen ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich herzlich und lieb. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Abbiamo soggiornato comodamente in 17. La casa è grande e spaziosa e corrisponde alla descrizione. La casa è immersa nel verde e in una zona tranquillissima. Gli host sono gentili e disponibili per le nostre esigenze. Pienamente soddisfatti

Wir hatten zu 4. mit einem Hund ein wunderschönes Wochenende in dem Haus. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und die Lage des Hauses war genial. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt - perfekt mit Hund. Vielen Dank!

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal bei Stuart zu Gast und haben uns gleich wieder wie Zuhause gefühlt! Es ist wirklich toll Stuart als Gastgeber zu haben, er ist gut erreichbar, immer nett und hilfsbereit :). Man hat das ganze Haus für sich, was ein großer Luxus ist und wir immer sehr genießen! In Kaprun kann man alles vom Haus aus zu Fuß erreichen, hat aber gleichzeitig seine Ruhe um sich super zu erholen. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mehrmals wieder um Stuarts Gäste zu sein :)!

We had a lovely time staying here and exploring Salzburg! It was really easy to find the place and get inside - Ray's instructions were very clear and helpful! It's really easy to get to the city centre and the central train station which meant exploring the city and it's surroundings was simple! Ray was very communicative and ready to answer any questions we had! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again next time we visit Salzburg!

Prachtig huis, goede uitvalsbasis om leuke dingen te ondernemen in München of omgeving. Prettig verblijf met een heel mooie ruimte voor actief tijdsverdrijf.

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

Nous avons passé un WE prolongé en famille (4adultes). Le lieu qui est tout le deuxième étage d’un très grand chalet est meublé et équipé avec goût, rien ne manque, même la bouteille de bienvenue ! Nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis à l’aise et avons apprécié chaque moment. Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec grand plaisir si nous pouvons. Merci pour votre accueil.

Eine wunderschöne Dachgeschoss-Wohnung; ideale Größe für zwei Personen. Gepflegt und mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtet. Traumhafte Ausblicke aus alles Fenstern. Das Schlafzimmer liegt sehr ruhig nach hinten raus, mit kleinem Balkon. Das freundlich-helle Wohnzimmer zeigt, wie gemalt, auf den See. Ein Mini-Manko ist die Straße, die zwar nur einspurig ist, aber für empfindliche Ohren, die gar keinen Lärm gewöhnt sind, erstmal gewöhnungsbedürftig sein könnte - insbesondere wenn man sich auf dem Balkon aufhält. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es allerdings kaum wahrnehmbar und der Blick auf den See, der sich in den schönsten Facetten bis zum Sonnenuntergang zeigt, lässt die Autos schnell vergessen. Alles in allem, eine fantastische Lage, mit traumhaften Spazierwegen etc., direkt vor der Haustür, herzlichste Vermieter und totale Privatsphäre, zum Genießen und Erholen. Echte Tegernsee-Idylle!

This place is a steal! It is near the bus and train station. Finding the place was easy because of the very detailed instructions and pictures sent. The place was spacious and beautiful, with well stocked pantry and toiletries. Will definitely book again when we are in the area.

Alles wie beschrieben, Stephanie hat sehr schnell geantwortet und die Wohnung hat einen persönlichen Touch. Die Lage ist natürlich super. Check-in läuft persönlich und man bekommt nicht einfach nur einen keycode übermittelt, was wir schön finden. Für unser Kind wurde auch alles bereitgestellt. Dazu gab es ausreichend Handtücher und eine kleine Grundausstattung in der Küche wie Tee, Kaffee, Öl, Müsli und Milch.

This apartment was spacious and within 20 minutes walk of historic Salzburg. A bus stop is conveniently located across the street. We appreciated Gregor’s responsiveness to our questions. We had the opportunity to meet his parents and found them to be lovely people. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and coffee. We would stay here again!

Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung und es war eine grandiose Zeit! Sehr entspannt! Das rauschende Wasser vom Fluss und der tolle Ausblick in die Natur - hat uns sehr gut gefallen!!! Auch haben wir ganz viel unternommen und gesehen! Wir haben schon darüber gesprochen, dass wir hier gerne noch einmal herkommen möchten!

El departamento es muy confortable, tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar unas breves vacaciones. Un balcón que invita a la reflexión. El paisaje es tan atrapante!! Un lugar paradisíaco. La ubicación es muy buena para acceder al bus (a la vuela de la esquina) que acerca a la estación donde se toma el otro bus para ir al Nido del Águila. Nosotros fuimos en auto a Berchtesgaden y fui muy sencillo llegar. Es decir tiene todo para ser recomendado: departamento completo, lugar paradisíaco, fácil acceso al pueblo. Además Tania siempre estuvo en contacto para facilitarnos las cosas.
