The construction trailer is in the back of our residential property, free access to the meadow. Heating is available via the wood-burning stove or via electric heating. There is lots of peace and nature. A 5-minute walk to the lake. Outdoor kitchen with electricity/water on the property, toilet and laundry facilities as well. A ping-pong table is available. The MONOCEROS has everything you need for a cozy break and romantic evenings. A well-equipped kitchen with dining table and bar for 4 people, fireplace and a large bathroom with underfloor heating. A comfortable folding bed for two and a couch can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Our boat is located in a fenced private area which is monitored by a security service at night. Except for the raccoon and the fox, you are protected from visitors

A place outdoors with peace, white horses right on the field. The lodge has its own garden with lounge, field view, optional sauna (can be booked separately), barbecue and other amenities. We speak German, English and some French.

Our hotel is located in the very north of Berlin, a 15-minute walk to various supermarkets and the S-Bahn [suburban railway], which will take you to Potsdamer Platz in 20 minutes without changing trains or to Alexanderplatz (one change). The house is in a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing after an exciting day in our city. In the garden there is a grill and a small terrace.
